I went to Ken Garff Hyundai looking to trade in my car for a used one, and I ended up getting a brand new Sonata for the same price that I would have been paying for a used one. My sales person was Jordan for a used one, and I ended up getting a brand new Sonata for the same price that I would have been paying for a used one. My sales person was Jordan Sorensen and he was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on finding the exact car and to get me a payment within my price range. It was definitely perfect customer service. I am in LOVE with my car. Its great. Still haven't even had to fill it up with gas! Jordan helped me get out of a really crappy car situation and into an amazing car. I love it!!! Its so nice, and the warranty is amazing. I went to Ken Garff dealership to buy a used Hyundai Elantra, but those guys actually helped me to buy a new car and the price was just slightly above the price of a used one in other dealerships. My husband and I went to Ken Garff and bought a used Hyundai Veloster. I had been looking at it online and Bo was my salesman. When I finally went in and looked at the car we bought it and Sam and Bo Hyundai Veloster. I had been looking at it online and Bo was my salesman. Well over the weekend, after the purchase I decided I wanted a new Veloster not a used one, and I wanted a different color. I contacted Sam by email (who was out of town) and he relayed the message to Bo. Long story short, they made it happen and we traded the vehicles today. Bo was extremely helpful and so nice and everyone at the dealership was great. I would recommend Ken Garff Hyundai to anyone that's in the market for a new or used car. There was no pressure, it was a great deal and they are fast...We didn't spend our whole day at the dealership. More

Jordan has to be the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He is sincerely pleasant and knowledgeable, and he didn't talk to down to me. (Some car salesmen make me feel like an idiot.)
