Chris went over and beyond to help me get a car that would suit my lifestyle and not drain my wallet. He was very patience with me and never hinted to annoyance when I asked him a million questions. The first time I visited, I had to walk away from this amazing deal for a brand new 2014 Hyundai accent, the car I really wanted, the only reason I did though was because I realized I couldn't afford my car. And that wasn't because of Ken Garff's prices, it was because I personally didn't figure out my finances properly, so I left. Chris called me the next day just asking how I was doing and if he could help figure out a plan to get me a car because the car I was driving was a piece of crap. So I came back, he and another associate helped me get a car that I could afford and that I LOVE! When my car needed to be detailed because I wasn't completely happy with it, they just smiled and said,"we'll get that taken care of for you." Chris drove me home and picked me up the next day and took me to my new car!! I'm absolutely happy with the service at Ken Garff, they really do strive to be the best and I've witnessed it. More

While I was bored and waiting for service, I was greeted by Jordan Sorensen who asked if I would like to look at some cars while I waited. Rather that just sitting there waiting, I thought, why not. I was curious about some of the different models and was able to test drive them. As we kept looking at the different cars on the lot, one had some excellent pricing. I ended up making a purchase. I visited the downtown Salt Lake City Ken Garff Hyundai on Friday, January 23, 2014 to look at possibly purchasing a used Hyundai Elantra. I've shopped at Ken Garff Hyundai before, so I know the standard h on Friday, January 23, 2014 to look at possibly purchasing a used Hyundai Elantra. I've shopped at Ken Garff Hyundai before, so I know the standard haggling, "let me go talk to my manager," etc. would apply. I don't know about other reviewers who say this doesn't happen here - it always happens here. But I knew that going in and I knew what to expect. What turned me off from ever going back, though, was the big fat lie my salesperson told me while in the middle of the back-and-forth haggling with his manager. "While you were test-driving, somebody called the salesperson next to me to put a deposit on that same car you are looking at." Really. Somebody called a dealership to put a deposit on a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra. Bull. I don't mind haggling - if I did I wouldn't have come back to this place to shop. I get offended, though, at such an obvious and bold-faced lie. And then the guy continued to try to haggle on the price! Like the dealership was going to come down for me if somebody had already put a deposit for a higher price? I get that buying a car is an unpleasant experience. I get that car salespersons can get pushy and haggle. Just don't lie to me. Then I won't come back. More
I contacted the dealership about trading in my Jeep for a more fuel-efficient vehicle, but wanted the same options (without paying a fortune). I loved working with Ken Garff! We came in looking for a specific price range and car type and Charlie Madon was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. Other dealerships were trying to upsell us and show us cars out of our price range, but we really appreciated that Ken Garff listened to what we wanted and did their best to get us there. I would highly recommend working with Ken Garff, and specifically Charlie Madon. I didn't feel l pushed into my purchase at all and have zero buyers remorse! More

I originally went to Ken Garff to buy a used Hyundai Elantra. But they had some good labor day offers going on which motivated me to look at new ones. Jordan Sorenson was my salesman. I like working with open and straight forward people. This made my overall experience very positive and quick. I drove out in my new Elantra in less than 2 hours and I am loving it. Thank you. More
