I was very appreciative that they were able to get me in as quickly as they did for oil change and I rotate on my 2019 Edge, however I’ve been at this dealership many times and they always rotate the tires as quickly as they did for oil change and I rotate on my 2019 Edge, however I’ve been at this dealership many times and they always rotate the tires improperly and I think they should start doing them properly according to the owners manual and the service manual. They have ruined many sets of my tires and I think they should start doing it correctly! I was a Ganley employee for many years and I know that technicians don’t always do what they’re supposed to but that’s no excuse. More

They were great from start to finish! it was easy to schedule, and I was able to use a loaner car, I was greeted immediately upon arrival received! I think that your service department needs some training on customer service .
