I feel like I'm very patient. Additionally, I was never rude or yelled. I was polite with all the staff I encountered at the store. So here's my summary of the experience. The work was covered under warranty. The technician seems to have done good work on a big/difficult job. Cons: Loaner car had 120,000 miles. The entire process took 25 days. Ford warranty and parts were noted as points of delay. However, once the parts were in, work was not started for several days. There is only one tech that can do the job? I wrote to the general manager on the dealership website, but never heard from him. When I got my car back, the check engine light was on. If you call the dealership and ask to speak to a service advisor, you are likely to get voicemail. Same for the texting service - about half of my inquiries didn't get responses. More

I felt unwelcome and like a burden the second I walked in, even though I had made an appointment a week prior. I mean, zero of the four employees looked up or acknowledged me when I walked in. After a painful 30-40 seconds of silence I had to say “Hello?” This is when George looked up at me and said he’d be with me in a minute. After a few more painfully silent minutes, he then asked how I was doing and it took everything in me to just say “good” instead of “um annoyed that this is starting off so badly as if I literally mean nothing.” My experience at a different Ford dealer was way waaay more pleasant, so I will be going back there if I ever need anything. This has nothing to do with the fact that from start to finish it took me 8 hours to get my car back, it’s just the lack of customer care there. I was told “2 hours to be safe” so I had my mom drive all the way to get me so we could shop and kill 2 hours, after 2 1/2 hours of no contact, I called the dealer to try to get an update. Someone answered and put me on hold for a long time then said they’d have George call me back with an ETA. We literally went to McDonalds and ate lunch and STILL got no call back with the ETA, so we just went back to the dealer to ask in person. Skip forward 5 hours, realized I’m locked out of my house after my mom dropped me off, calling Ford that they have my house key, then sending someone 2 hours later with my key. I do NOT think the world revolves around me, just get your stuff together… caring about others goes a long way in this world. More

Last time I was at this dealership it was still operated by Gillingham and I had such a horrible experience I decided I'd never go back. Then went Ganley bought the dealership, I decided to give it another by Gillingham and I had such a horrible experience I decided I'd never go back.
