Very dissatisfied with the "scare" tactics used. I came in for an oil change (which was almost $140) they upsaled me by that telling me I Needed a cabin air filter for an additional $40 and then Wa I came in for an oil change (which was almost $140) they upsaled me by that telling me I Needed a cabin air filter for an additional $40 and then Was told I needed back brakes NOW - that they were paper thin. Had a 2nd opinion by an honest mechanic and he said I have another 6000-8000 miles before the back brakes needed to be replaced. Very dissatisfied with the cost of your services and the upsale you are always doing or trying to do with the "scare" tactics. I have been coming here since I leased my car from Gillingham in 2017 but Probably will not be coming back - not even for an oil change. More
