I was traveling through Cleveland on my way home from a trip to see my daughter. My car had "engine failure" on I-90. I Was able to get my car two Ganley Ford Right as they were closing for the night. The trip to see my daughter. My car had "engine failure" on I-90. The manager was kind enough to take me to a hotel for the night and promised that they would look at my car first thing in the morning to find out what the engine failure was caused by. I woke up the next morning and called them about 10am. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was unaware of my situation and was not helpful in anyway shape or form. He told me he would have the manager, Aaron give me a call. I waited, and waited and did not receive a call back. I use the hotel shuttle to take me back to the dealership. I arrive there about 2PM. When I got there they told me that Aaron was at lunch. I later found out was not the truth, it was actually Aaron's day off. They must've called him in because about an hour later he showed up and was wanting to talk with me. He told me that they had not had time to run any diagnostics on it or to find out what was wrong. I was not happy because this meant that I was going to have to spend another night there and have the cost of another hotel. Knowing my situation and knowing that I was stranded, I felt like they truly left me out in the cold with no help whatsoever. I was able to find a hotel. The next morning I called again and was put off again. So again I took an Uber over to the dealership. I was not greeted with very good news again, they still had not figured out was was wrong with my car. Come to find out they only looked at my car for a total of an hour the two days that they had it. The mechanic tried to talk me into staying in a hotel a third night so that he could drive my car home to see if he could get it to act up. I could not afford to stay in a hotel a third night. Talking to the mechanic he guaranteed me that it should be OK to drive it home which was about a 3 Hour drive. I drove it straight to my dealership and had them look at it ASAP. They were very shocked and extremely disappointed with the paperwork that they saw from your dealership. All of the codes were cleared out and there was no way to find out what actually caused the problem with my car and stranded me. I must say that as a woman making a cross country trip alone, I would've thought that I would've gotten more support and help from your dealership. I felt like I was taken advantage of and treated poorly. I was charged a lot of money for no help. To say that I am disappointed doesn't even come close to what I actually feel. The dealership charged me ($200) I used two ubers ($50) had two hotel nights ($200) And to have absolutely NO ANSWERS.... I will not recommend using your service. More
I was happy with the service I received. However I am very displeased that I have a car that is less year old it has a transmission slipping and I'm told that is not covered under warranty. I am also utterly disgusted with Ganley Chevy Kumon mistakenly took it to for service thinking since I bought it there it would be serviced there. I was given a run around and without a car for 4 days. I am very unhappy with my experience I would not recommend your dealership More
