I have been coming here for almost a year. Every time I have visited they have taken care of my problems probably better than any dealership I’ve ever been to. The service staff is just super outstanding. have visited they have taken care of my problems probably better than any dealership I’ve ever been to. The service staff is just super outstanding. They also have treated me very very fair. When they say it’s going to be fixed by a certain day and time it will be fixed then. They even gave me a loaner car, because I couldn’t get home without it. I would definitely buy my next car from them. More

Dealership takes care to do a good job in the service department as always. Had a very bad noise coming from breaks and they cleaned them up for me. I recently took my 2007 Mustang in for much needed service. It sits in the garage during the winter and needed a new battery, tires, front brakes, and tie rods not to mention an oil change and fluid e service. It sits in the garage during the winter and needed a new battery, tires, front brakes, and tie rods not to mention an oil change and fluid exchanges. The service advisor, David Moga, took me back to the service bay to show me the wear on the front brakes and other recommended maintenance. He kept me fully informed of progress on my car. When I got my car back it rides like a dream! I wholeheartedly trust and recommend the Ganley Ford West Service Department. More
