Ganley Ford is your typical dealer, everything they do is correct and you are wrong. After the Fourth service visit for the same brake issue, they have blamed me for the problem since I tow my boat with my correct and you are wrong. After the Fourth service visit for the same brake issue, they have blamed me for the problem since I tow my boat with my Explorer, that has a factory tow package, within my weight limits, and the trailer has brakes. I’m following the rules to tow, so I feel that Ganley Ford just has to Learn how to do there job and repair the brake issue. You can not contact anyone above the service advisor, and I even asked Detroit Ford for a contact or zone manager and they said no, but we will give you a case number, worthless. It is frustrating to a loyal Blue oval owner, but that is the world of today, junk, poor quality , and poor service. More

We used to get our service work done on our Newmar Bay Star Sport at Klaban Ford. But now they turned us away, for lack of service workers. But we searched and found that Ganley Ford in Norton does work o Star Sport at Klaban Ford. But now they turned us away, for lack of service workers. But we searched and found that Ganley Ford in Norton does work on class " A " campers. In fact they did a fantastic job fixing our ABS on our Newmar camper. We were told that in 2025 they will be building a new service center just to work on Ford chassis that class "A" campers are built on! More
