Came in for the "Works" on my Explorer. I waited for the maintenance to be completed. I was in and out in less than an hour. As part of the service, I also got a complimentary car wash. This most recent experience was tense. I was told I would have my vehicle by Monday evening but had to leave it because the part I needed was apparently used for another car/truck. This would have been no problem except I was planning on leaving the next morning for NC. Ashley told me that the part would be in by 9am the following day and my truck would be ready by 11am. Knowing about my trip and that I wanted to leave as soon as possible on Tuesday Ashley had it ready to go at 10:30. Job well done. Thank you Ashley. More
