My husband and I needed to get a new vehicle because, unfortunately, he was in a hit and run car accident which totaled his car. Brian tended to our every need for our new family car. He was very informative of all of the options of the car we chose to buy, a 2007 Acura TL Type S. He was very courteous when he called us to see how our new car was working out for us....It's perfect!! I especially love the special services Brian informed us of that Freedom Toyota offers of its customers, such as FREE lifetime inspection of not only that car that you purchased there, but all of your other vehicles as well, and FREE car washes!!! Recently my wife's Grand Cherokee Ltd of 10 yrs started giving us issues and we began the adventure of looking for another vehicle for her. I have to be honest, when I first heard the car was at Freedom, I wanted nothing to do with them due to a very bad experience from when they were located in Schuylkill Haven. My wife begged me to go with her to just look at the Jeep. When we arrived we were very surprised at the courteous staff. We ended up having a gentleman named Brian Downs as our salesperson. He took the time to show my wife the Jeep inside and out and gave her the chance to take a real dive in it, not just around the corner. He was patient with her many questions and never once was pushy. When it came time to the price and the trade price, the part I dreeded most, he was very straight forward and honest about the pricing for both Jeeps. We had some issues with the Cherokee price and Brian explained quite clearly why they were offering the price they were on the Jeep even though I felt it was worth more. I actually at some point became a little agitated by the price being offered, but Mr Downs again, remained calm and rexplained to me what they were seeing from their end of the transaction. In the end, the price of the Liberty and the trade in value of the Jeep were agreed upon and my wife was able to drive her new to her vehicle home. As mentioned, everyone was very cordial and even the gentleman who cleaned the Jeep up for us stopped by to say hello and to tell us to becareful going home due to bad weather. All in all it was a great expereince and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to speak with Mr. Downs. He turned an experience that is usually painful for me into a smooth flawless transaction. He even followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. Its nice to see customer service back again. More

When I received the fresh start letter in the mail I thought it was just another gimmick, but I thought I'd check it out. Never did I think I would leave there with a car!
