Everyone that I dealt with at Freedom Toyota (both sales and service) was professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to be helpful. I rated the dealer ship like I did because everyone was very helpful and upfront even the people that were not helping us to look for a car were very helpful. Not only did Tom help me find a car I was look very helpful and upfront even the people that were not helping us to look for a car were very helpful. Not only did Tom help me find a car I was looking for, but Shane worked very hard to get me a great interest rate. I am very satisfied with the service that I received when I was at the dealership. I also had 2 small children with me that everyone was very helpful with and patient and made my 4 year old happy as well. I would definitely reccommend this dealership to friends and family and have already posted Tom Rogers business card at my place of employment. More

Buying a vehicle can be a painfully long process, however, my experience at Freedom Toyota with Kathy and Raj was exceptional to say the least. Both employees treated me with the utmost respect and however, my experience at Freedom Toyota with Kathy and Raj was exceptional to say the least. Both employees treated me with the utmost respect and expedited the process to meet my busy schedule. This is the second vehicle our family has purchased from Freedom Toyota, and will surely not be the last. The time frame for getting my Rav4 done was great. Trish was the only person that offered my a loaner car all the years I have dealt with this dealership. The only difference with this an another dealership was the only person that offered my a loaner car all the years I have dealt with this dealership. The only difference with this an another dealership was when I took my car to them was the did a couresty wash after service. The other dealership washed it even in the rain. More

Could not pass up the 0% financing for 72 months! We enjoyed our experience at Freedom. It was raining on the day we looked at the cars. Everyone was very accomodating. We had some questions about th enjoyed our experience at Freedom. It was raining on the day we looked at the cars. Everyone was very accomodating. We had some questions about the run flat tires and parts/service answered them. We left with the new car on the same day we bought it. Since I work in Reading, I am looking forward to the services provided i.e. pick up and delivery when maintenance is required. Lorie Kleeman was excellant. She was very knowledgeable, personable and the patient. She definitely knows her stuff. I was apprehensive at first but she made me feel very comfortable. I drove down to Freedom from Hyde Park, VT to save as much as I did. They picked me up at the airport where I returned my rental car and treted me like royalty.
