Honest dealing. This is the second vehicle we purchased there, while there are other Toyota dealers much closer. They provided a hard copy quote after our test drive that could not be beat doing internet there, while there are other Toyota dealers much closer. I think I had a pretty unique journey with Freedom Toyota. Around the new year I was shopping for a used chevy truck. I looked at Freedom's website and saw that they had a truck on the lot. I met with Toyota. Around the new year I was shopping for a used chevy truck. I looked at Freedom's website and saw that they had a truck on the lot. I met with Lorie who let me take a test drive. She was so low pressure that she gave me time to think about my purchase. The day I purchased the truck I was so happy, but that happiness didn't last. After a few weeks, I was unhappy with my purchase but I wasn't sure what to do. After talking to Lorie, we were able to make arrangements for me to purchase another vehicle at Freedom. I had no idea what I wanted. Lorie showed me some of the Scion models and we test drove a Scion XB. We measure the cargo space and it fit my needs. I didn't know it at the time, but it was just what I wanted! I have had the Scion for 4 months now with no complaints. Although I don't forsee myself purchasing another vehicle anytime soon, I would make an effort to go back to Lorie to make a purchase. She is kind, friendly, and professional. She knows cars and trucks and is willing to help you in anyway she can in a no pressure environment. More

We went through the process and then he took me out to make a selection. Finally I nailed down my choice and went home with a beautiful SUV. Freedom Toyota worked with me at my point of need and my level of credit. These people really know how to treat a customer. I will never buy another car anywhere else but Freedom Toyota in Hamburg PA. They are simply the best and I recommend this dealer to you if you want good service and great people to work with you like Kathy and Raj. Don't buy a car anywhere else. My wife and I went to Freedom Toyota to look at purchasing a Toyota Highlander on a Tuesday evening. Upon our arrival, we were promptly greeted and directed toward the person we needed to speak wi purchasing a Toyota Highlander on a Tuesday evening. Upon our arrival, we were promptly greeted and directed toward the person we needed to speak with. Kathy then introduced us to Reggie Brown, who would become our primary sales person. We explained what we were looking for and our current financial situation. Once Reggie received all of the information from us that he needed, he assured us that Freedom would be able to do something for us, we just did not yet know at what level. After looking at the Highlander (and determining that it was too small for our family's needs), we decided to pursue the Sienna, which would be the third one we would own. Reggie brought the vehicle into the shop and we instantly fell in love with it. After we finished examining the van, we parted ways and were told that we would hear from Reggie on Thursday. Reggie and his team were so confident that the van would be ours, they offered to let us drive it home. As excited as we were, we declined and chose to wait for the call on Thursday. Reggie called first thing Thursday morning and congratulated us on our new purchase. Arrangements were made to pick it up that evening, less than 48 hours after our initial meeting! When we arrived at Freedom that evening, we met Shane, who is the Credit Manager. Not only were we getting a beautiful vehicle, we received a deal that was beyond amazing. Shane, Reggie and the team at Freedom Toyota went above and beyond their regular responsibilities and truly took care of us and got us the best deal they possibly could. My wife and I were and still are so pleased with the service and treatment we received from everyone we met there. We will strongly recommend Freedom Toyota to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. We will definitely be return customers when it's time to purchase another vehicle.
