My fiance and I came in looking for a used car.We sat in a Toyota Prius for about an hour while Doug went oover all of the benefits of this car. He showed us every last detail that there was to know about it! When we decided to keep looking further, explore our options, he was very patient with us. He showed us some more used cars. Then he proceeded to show us a few new cars. The Difference in price was so slim that despite the fact that the used car had so many benfits that the 2013 Toyota Corolla didnt, we went with the new one anyway. He was so patient and kind with us. He explained everything in detail, the friendliest carsalesman I had ever had the pleasure of meeting. When we went inside, he was so wonderful to our kids. He gave them candy and coloring books and crayons to play with while we filled out all of the necessary paperwork. We truly felt as if we were buying this car from a friend, and not someone who was only selling cars to get commision. He never pushed us into a decision. Knowing I hated it, he even was nice enough to offer to have someone take the god-awful pinstripe off of the sides of the car, which is soemthing I never knew you could do. I am absolutely in love with my new Toyota Corolla. I could not have asked for a better salesman, and I will be returning to this dealership but only if Doug Murphy is there to help us out again! So incredibly happy! Thanks Doug! I will be recommending that people ask for you by name! More

My 2009 corolla's transmission went at 70,000 miles for no apparent reason. I have had all the prescribed service along the way and really the car was in great shape otherwise. The techs were convinc for no apparent reason. I have had all the prescribed service along the way and really the car was in great shape otherwise. The techs were convinced it was a a defect and yet the initial quote was going to be over $4000 to replace the transmission. Erin worked diligently with Toyota to obtain a "goodwill" waiver on the cost of the parts which was 75% of the cost! This was excellent work on Erin's part, she knew that if I had to pay the full amount I would take the car somewhere else and attempt to have it repaired. She also knew that Toyota would prefer to have these kinds of repairs done "in-house" so that they may further analyze the defective part. The only reason I rated the price as "OK" is because I feel that the labor costs the dealership charges on any service are extremely high. I am very happy with Toyota's contribution but I just feel overall the dealership is charging to much for labor. The reason I rated the overall experience as "Good" is because I was without my car for 5 full days and Freedom was unable to provide a loaner. Fortunately I was able to make other arrangements for transportation to work, but this could have been an even costlier circumstance if I would have had to obtain a rental. The unfortunate thing about it is that the car sat for 4 days until the Toyota made a decision and the part came in. I think they could have been a little quicker to make the offer and get me back on the road. I will add that Erin also got the car scheduled for a full detail on the last day which was a special offer and that service was well worth the $100! I felt like I was driving off in a new car! Perhaps they took extra special care because they knew the circumstances of my service visit but nonetheless I was very pleased with the fact that they got it done on short notice and they did a great job!
