Dan Sicari is a terrible salesman and Kelly Nissan is a joke. Only care about you when your buying the car and then all customer service goes out the window. My wife and I bought a used Ford Eco Sport an joke. Only care about you when your buying the car and then all customer service goes out the window. My wife and I bought a used Ford Eco Sport and now were having issues and were unable to get any assistance. Worked with Dan who said he could secure us a rental and have the issue serviced at a Ford service place yet he never followed through. Spoke to the General Manager Stephen Vitale who also acted like he was going to do something but never did. STAY AWAY!! More
