I've bought 3 vans over the years from Kelly Nissan and its been a good experience, but things have changed. I was quoted one number for some service, had one of my drivers drop the van off, when I go to p its been a good experience, but things have changed. I was quoted one number for some service, had one of my drivers drop the van off, when I go to pick it up, the price has doubled. They would not honor their quote because they claim to have told one of my drivers (though he says it didn't happen). I would avoid at all costs More

Alan is friendly and efficient, a definite asset to a busy, successful car dealership. My Nissan Pathfinder had a noise coming from the exterior passenger-side midsection area that only occurred above 6 busy, successful car dealership. I was lied to continually by this person. Patrick Duggan, Service advisor, Kelly Nissan of Woburn is a liar with no conscience. Car has been serviced at Kelly's twice and the problem is worse Patrick Duggan, Service advisor, Kelly Nissan of Woburn is a liar with no conscience. Car has been serviced at Kelly's twice and the problem is worse than when started. If you have your car serviced at Kelly Nissan you will regret it. Steve Vitale, GM and Alan Teyssedou, Service Director have also lied to me repeatedly. None of these people has a conscience. Expect everything they tell you to be a lie. More
