I test drove the QX60 originally, and I loved it! However, the Q50 happened to catch my eye and I was sold. After driving minivans and SUV's for the past 20 years (4 children), it felt great to get behind the wheel of a beautiful, fun and stylish sedan. I also met and worked with Lisa, Adam and Jose through the different phases of the negotiation process, which was was made a pleasant experience by all of these people. Each of the above-mentioned individuals are a credit to Kelly Infinity!!! I will definitely recommend Kelly Infinity to family and friends!! More

From the moment I walked through the door at my appt, yes an appointment. I didn't have to wait around, they were waiting for me. Cong and Susan greeted me and helped me through every step of the way. Cong and Chris worked above and beyond to get me a great deal. The whole way through the process, they treated me with respect and really worked for me and my needs. I had five months left on my lease (a previous lease from Kelly) and came in to talk about options. My wife loved her QX56 and although we looked at several other cars (Mercedes, Cadillac & Lexus) she wanted Kelly) and came in to talk about options. My wife loved her QX56 and although we looked at several other cars (Mercedes, Cadillac & Lexus) she wanted another Infiniti. Dan was great and made the process very easy. At the end of the day my wife was in a new QX80 for the same monthly payment. Happy wife/happy life. My wife was in the office the other day and several patients commented about her car. We both speak very highly of Kelly Infiniti. We will definitely be back; I have my I on a Maserati. More

The price was fair and Dave Labrecque, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and took his time in going over everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I shopped around a lot, at other dealerships, including BMW and Lexus, but I have to say, this Infiniti dealership really knows how to make potential customers feel respected and appreciated. It's like they know they have excellent cars but they also pay equal attention to excellence in customer service. More
From the first day I visited and test drove the QX60 I loved the experience. Dan Hart was very pleasant to work with w/o any pressure even wHen I was going back n forth from the Acura MDX. I bought the infinity eventually because of the comfort n features. Dan n Jose did everything they could to help in the purchase by explaining all the features of the SUV and the layout of the service department while introducing me to the service managers n workers. They helped even more with their personalities/knowledge and sincerity throughout the entire process. Infinity should be so proud to have them in your dealership. Furthermore the dealership is very clean and inviting with all the coffee I could drink n snacks....great additive! Every time I entered I was warmly greater by a very nice woman at the desk. I can't leave out Chris one other salesman I talked to in July who just started working there (that's when I was test driving numerous SUVs) was also an outstanding employee. I had bought a nice Infiniti g37 convertible a few months earlier. As a second car, I had only driven 1100 miles, but wanted an oil change before winter. I came in on Nov 13th 2013, waited, then left when th earlier. As a second car, I had only driven 1100 miles, but wanted an oil change before winter. I came in on Nov 13th 2013, waited, then left when they said it was done. When I got home, I opened the hood to make sure the oil was new, as I don't trust anyone. As soon as I opened the hood, I saw a big mice or chipmunk nest with acorns and droppings right on the center of this brand new engine! They had also nested in the air filter and a few other locations. I took a pic and sent it to service manager Dave Rossi, saying "Did you plan on telling me there were mice nesting in my engine?" No response. I vacuumed it all out, then I crawled under the car to take the plastic engine cover off to see if the oil filter was new. It was stuck in place as if it had not been removed since the factory. Just 100 miles later the indicator light came on showing there was no washer fluid. It is obvious the service people saw the very low mileage and never even bothered to pop the hood, thinking "this soccer mom is all set", etc. I went to the dealership with all of the pictures of this "experience" and demanded to see Dave Rossi. They said he had been fired I said "No wonder!". Then the "new" service manager came out, I showed him all this and he gave me the typical xxxxxxxx excuses instead of just apologizing. I said "Just give me a gallon of washer fluid, so I can add it myself!". So I told Infiniti corporate about this, and the only response from the dealership was from the salesperson Chris, who was a decent guy. I don't want this to reflect on him, but this is why I hate car dealerships. I had an even worse experience at Kelly Nissan, where I had bought a Nissan GT-R that I traded in for this car. Now I will tear Kelly Nissan a new one on here also. More
