I initially went to purchase my new Infiniti at Infiniti of Norwood. During the discussions at Norwood, I did not feel as though the pricing for the new car and my trade were "transparent". I went on-line to Consumer Reports and when pricing my vehicle I was referred to Kelly Infiniti and Kate Goutal. I received a phone call from Kate and we had a good discussion about what I was looking to purchase as well as what I was going to trade. Kate provided answers to my questions and while we were on the phone reviewed the inventory that was available and provided verbal quotes immediately. Kate then followed up with an e-mail with quotes and also referred me to Chris Marchese (Product Specialist). I contacted Chris and we arranged a time to meet. I met with Chris on Christmas Eve and we signed an agreement subject to my trade and we arranged a meeting for Saturday at which time we would attempt to finalize the deal and, leave with my new car. Chris, although relatively new; was very knowledgeable about the product and was enjoyable to deal with. At this time, Christmas Eve, I also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Avola and I understand why she is a valuable employee to Kelly. She was very appreciative that we were able to come to terms on the purchase and was the ultimate professional. On Saturday, I brought in my trade and; I believe, the price received was very fair. Unfortunately, I was not able to leave with the new car, as I was not aware that my wife would need to sign a document as well. We arranged to meet again on Monday evening to pick up the car at which point I met with Adam Hoyt the Business Manager. Adam was very knowledgeable and informative about the Kelly dealership and recommended only those "warranty products" that really made sense for me to purchase. He did not recommend things that I did not need. Overall, I would highly recommend Kelly to my friends. More
I went to the dealer last week for a simple repair on my 2008 Infiniti QX 56. I was greeted by Cody, I would rate him your #1 employee overall. When I am finished, he makes sure my car is valeted to the front, clean inside and out always with a fresh bottle of water. He NEVER forgets to say Thank You! While I was waiting, Dave Labrecque starting speaking to me regarding a new car. A good friend of mine had purchased one from him two weeks prior, and mentioned what a great guy he had dealt with. It was like speaking to an old friend. After speaking with Dave and the sales manager, David Coogan, we found a beautiful car that worked perfectly for me. Everyone from Cindy and Irene who answer the phone (and teach everyone how to make coffee!) up to and including Adam Hoyt (the "money" man) make you feel right at home. I am not big on spending my free time getting a car repaired or buying a new car, but their slogan "We make it easy" is 100% true. Thank you for an enjoyable experience! Susan L. Tavilla More
Kyle Mosley was a pretty nice fella. When my mother and I went in to get a car for me, we didn't feel pressured at all cmopared to another dealership we went to. So back we go in January to pick out my 2011 g37x. Chris was very down to earth, not your usual pushy salesman. Really knew his stuff, and found me the car I wanted (not the car he wanted to sell). He also knew that we are very picky about the condition of the vehicle, and did everything he could to make it acceptable to us. We were very pleased with the whole stress-free car buying experience. I went to Infiniti just to talk about my lease that was ending soon and to look at the new Q50 - I was greeted by a very friendly Dave Labrecque who answered all my questions and more. I recently leased my third Infiniti (Q50) from Kelly Infiniti. In between my second and third i leased another vehicle for about 5 years. Anyway, my sales rep Dave Lebrecque, whom i leased my first G Infiniti. In between my second and third i leased another vehicle for about 5 years. Anyway, my sales rep Dave Lebrecque, whom i leased my first G from was there and as soon as I walked in Dave recognized me even though it had been a few years since i was there. The entire process from first meeting to acquisition was the smoothest car buying experience i have ever had. Dave is a true professional, listens to a customers needs, made himself available to answer any questions i had on the car (which there many), and was patient throughout the process. In order to be a successful sales person, you have to know your product and although the Q was a new product, Dave was able to answer all the questions i had about it, demonstrating his knowledge of the car. If your idea of buying/leasing a car includes several meetings, several trips back and forth to the manager that takes hours and hours, this is NOT the place for you. if you want an enjoyable experience with some very knowledgable, easy going atmosphere, then Dave and the folks at Kelly are for you. Dave was great to work with. He's very easy to get along with and does not have that high pressure approach that you see so often at typical car dealerships. I went in with the intention of test driving a car and not necessarily buying but came out with a great deal on a car I've wanted for a long time. I spoke on the phone with a girl named Nikki who was very not necessarily buying but came out with a great deal on a car I've wanted for a long time. I spoke on the phone with a girl named Nikki who was very nice and cordial. I then met with Dan Hart who took me on the test drive and was very knowledgeable. The negotiation process with Dan was very cordial and reasonable, he knew his stuff but was also flexible and understanding of where I was coming from. The service team was incredible and did a quick job in taking care of everything on the maintenance end to get the car ready for me. The only negative part of the buying process at Kelly was meeting with sales manager Adam Hoyt who I found to be cold and pretentious, like he was too busy and important to answer any questions. The dealership would be better served with someone like Dan in the management role as he seemed a lot more willing and happy to answer inquiries and to deal with concerns and, as said above, was very knowledgeable about the products. Despite the issues with Adam the sales manager (thankfully, my time with him was very short), I still give a high rating to this dealership and would recommend it to friends and family due to the pleasant interactions with Dan and the overall excellent experience I had throughout the entire process. I should also note that the blonde woman at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately never heard, was also very, very pleasant and always welcoming and accommodating, everytime I stepped in the door. Any items that needed to be addressed were handled in a timely fashion that accommodated my schedule. Kyle had the car ready for me as promised. He went above and beyond keeping the car in the garage until I was available for pickup as it was a rainy day and he wanted to deliver the car spotless.
