Pleasant experience I was looking for a new car and stopped by Kelly Infinity about an hour before closing. Jasmin Seifija greeted my husband and I and offered his assistance. I've never owned an Infinity, but always wanted one. He took his time and explained all the different models and what they had to offer. I fell in love with the red Q50 . The dealership was closing so he scheduled a time for me to test drive the car. I went back 2 days later and affirmed my love for the car. Throughout the entire process, Jasmin was professional and courteous. He never made me feel "pressured" !!! I was very pleased with my experience at Kelly. He answered each and every question and was very patient with us. He also called a week later to "check in". I am very impressed !! As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk. I'm so happy I stopped in and LOVE my Q50!!! More

Timeliness is key I was working at a client in the area (I live in downtown boston) and was due for an oil change. I figured why not try and get one quickly during lunc I was working at a client in the area (I live in downtown boston) and was due for an oil change. I figured why not try and get one quickly during lunch break before heading back to the client site. Dave had warned me upon arrival estimated time would be between one hour and one hour fifteen minutes. I only had about forty minutes worth of time to do it and said never mind. He then told me he would make it his priority to do it in forty. I grabbed a bite to eat at papa Gino's across the street and by the time I was back the car was ready AND washed! Total time for an oil change and tire rotations: 31 minutes. Unbelievable customer service! This is why I continue to come to Kelly Infiniti and lease my vehicles with them only. Thanks Kelly team!
