I met Dave Petillo and had the best experience ever. He was patient, knowledgeable and what he didn't know he took the time to search the computer until he could answer without making it a big rush as most of the time I've found. I was able to make lots of notes and get a warranty resolve promptly as well as a maintenance service. Good man you have. Good attitude. Genuine Person.
