AWFUL service!!!!!!!!! My car was towed in after hours. I had the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced with a car dealership for repairs. The problem I had My car was towed in after hours. I had the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced with a car dealership for repairs. The problem I had was not looked at or probably resolved and I will probably have the same issue again. I called at 8AM and was told that some one would call me back in a little while because they were busy, no one called. I then called at 10AM and got the same response but once again I did not receive a phone call. I then call back at 3PM and was told the same response of everyone was busy and some one will call me. I finally got a call back about an hour later telling me that nothing has been done to my car and I will get a call back a little while later. At 4:58 two minuets before your store closes I finally received that call and said that the car was fixed by changing the fob batteries but I know this is not the fix for the car. Now I can not come and pick up my car because your company is closed and it was a major issue for me because I had visitors from out of state. I know and did not expect to have my car looked at or fixed the same day but I at LEAST thought I would get a phone call to explain the situation to me. To me this is unacceptable and I will never do business with your company ever again and the worst part for your company is that you lost out in two possible sales because I am about to replace two cars. Thanks for showing your true colors so I never have to do business with your company again. More
