Thank you for your feedback today. Even though it's not the type of review we usually get or I like to see, I do welcome any overview of how your customer experience was. I will take ownership for my team, and it sounds like we could have done a much better job with the communication. Even the advisor agreed that we should have reached out to you when the part, ordered on 6/6, was 10 days out with no arrival. Typically, this part, normally backordered, only takes a week to receive. In hindsight, we think that the part requested for a car with no navigation is what is holding this up. You should not have had to contact us. We should have had a process in place where we called you 10 days after order and then every week after that until it came in. As you stated, most customers understand everything is taking much longer than expected, but we dropped the ball in this instance. I will make sure my parts team has a new process of contact when back ordered parts exceed 10 days with a continuing outreach until the part has come in. When we finally get in what is needed, and your car is here, let's say hello to each other and maybe I can do something nice for you and your car. Again, thank you for your input.
