I had a positive experience when purchasing my infiniti. Jeff was a huge help and still remains a big help with any questions I have about my G37x. This is a review in progress. I brought my 2003 G35 to Kelly Infiniti last week on 9-13-2011. The car is in perfect shape with the exception of two rust spots on the rear door posts in identical locations Kelly Infiniti last week on 9-13-2011. The car is in perfect shape with the exception of two rust spots on the rear door posts in identical locations that are rusting through both from the inside and outside. Mike was and has been very helpful taking information and letting me know I needed to go to the Beverly collision center for an estimate. The following day I went down, pulled in, let them know Mike sent me and within 15 minutes I was out the door heading back to Danvers estimate in hand. It turns out the car door posts were manufactured with bad metal that year and according to the estimate both rear doors are in need of replacement at a cost of $4,000.00 dollars. I searched online and it turns out this is a common issue with Infiniti's and from what I understand Infiniti recognizes the problem and extended the 7 year coverage to 10 years from manufacture date. The following day when I went back to the service department Mike was again helpful and accomodating. We talked more about the problem and the estimate. He informed me any estimate greater than $600.00 required a second estimate at a bodyshop of my choice and to fax it to him as soon as I was able to so he could get the information to the 'Rep' who would ultimately be making the decision. On Saturday I brought the car to an autobody shop in Salisbury, MA and the estimate worked out to be $1,200.00 dollars. This estimate doesn't replce the doors but instead fabricates metal and fixes the problem in a different way which I would be fine with. Today, 09-19-2011 I dropped off the second estimate for Mikes review and submittle. I am truely hoping I will be able to report a positive end result. More to come. Jon Carlson More
I went in on a Wednesday morning to Kelly Infiniti with the hopes of buying a used, but very nice, car. I don't know much about cars and brought a friend of mine who was my unofficial car coach. We could the hopes of buying a used, but very nice, car. I don't know much about cars and brought a friend of mine who was my unofficial car coach. We could not have had a better experience. We were greeted within 3 minutes by Matt Poniatowski in a genuine, friendly, non-intrusive manner (something I am not used to at car dealerships). I told him what I was looking for and he immediately had cars in mind. He was never pushy or aggressively trying to have me make a decision to make a sale. Instead, he was quite the opposite. He had a warm style, with a great sense of humor and most importantly authentic. He clearly loves these cars and was so clear in his explanation of its features. He encouraged me to think about it, since I told him I was also looking at cars at the Lexus dealership. What impressed me was that he definitely knew about the Infiniti cars. He was solidly educated about its features, what sets them apart from other cars. He compared and contrasted the Lexus with the Infiniti, and not in a way that trashed the Lexus. He merely presented solid, objective data, and left the judgement of what is the better car for me to me. I respond very well to facts. We test drove cars and he illustrated the features as we were driving. It was a very informative test drive. The next day, my friend and I were back and ended up buying a GORGEOUS car for an awesome price. I bought a 2008 car and people think it is brand new or a 2010 car. It is in pristine shape and has all the bells and whistles (technology package). The paperwork was easy. Adam Hoyt, the business person, was very easy and pleasant to work with (especially considering that I had my 2 kids taking over his office with their toys). Even my car friend said we got a great deal for our price in this car (and he is a tough car critic). Before leaving the lot, Matt sat with me for about 40 minutes in the car to give me a tutorial of all the AWESOME features of the car, and there are many. My head was spinning in glory. Matt assured me that anytime I have a question or concern to call him. I have had the car for 4 days now and love it. It drives so well, the music system rocks and I got all these goodies with it. I would defnitely recommend Kellys Infiniti of Danvers. Of course, I can only speak to my experience relating with two people there. Matt is the guy you want to seek out if you want to buy a car here. It was by far the easiest car sale experience I have ever had. And I love my new car. More

I was advised to contact Kelly in Danvers for the best deal. Seriously, they offered, by far, the best price for my trade and an extraordinarily easy shopping experience. No waiting. No haggling needed. I deal. Seriously, they offered, by far, the best price for my trade and an extraordinarily easy shopping experience. No waiting. No haggling needed. I was in and out. I didn't leave there feeling like I was "sold" something. A+ for Kelly Infinity in Danver More
Best place for Infiniti service in the area. I could go to Herbies, or Nashua, but neither comes close for service. My only complaint is the loaner cars reak of smoke. Obviously this is the fault of the to Herbies, or Nashua, but neither comes close for service. My only complaint is the loaner cars reak of smoke. Obviously this is the fault of the users of the loaner cars (us), but I assume there is some way to clean them right? I only had a little experience with sales at Kelly, but it was with a brand new salesmen. So I can't speak much to that. I highly recommend Kelly Infiniti for service. Especially if you are under warranty. More
We have an Infinity M45 and had to bring it in for service. Since we bought the car used, we hadn't ever been to Kelly. They were great. After the service my husband commented "I think that's the f service. Since we bought the car used, we hadn't ever been to Kelly. They were great. After the service my husband commented "I think that's the first time I took my car to a dealer that I didn't feel like they tried to beat me out of something" The people at service were nice, they called several times to discuss issues with the car. Since we have the extended warranty, all work except the oil change, filter and wax were covered without hassle or question. They were very diligent in figuring out the squeaking noise the car was making. It was easy to schedule and they asked if I needed a loaner. All around I would say pleasant and easy to work with. I am sure we will stop by when we are ready for our next new car purchase. More
I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism. I had made an appointment to drive a new car, only to be kept waiting - and then after the test drive asked for their first best price, only to get handed a pla an appointment to drive a new car, only to be kept waiting - and then after the test drive asked for their first best price, only to get handed a plain piece of paper with no dealership logo, no vehicle number details etc. with the price written in felt pen. I wish I had read the bad reviews before I bought, but I must say that I had no problems and enjoyed my sales experience. I have not done anything with the service department yet and cannot rate them although their preliminary service is beyond reproach. I will see how they handle the actual service. This dealership will guarantee a bad car buying experience. Those positive reviews listed are definitively posted by management. They lie in order to sell you a vehicle, they promise you a certai experience. Those positive reviews listed are definitively posted by management. They lie in order to sell you a vehicle, they promise you a certain price only to change it afterwards. The managers deal like a bunch of vipers, if you allow them, they will make your car payments higher than your mortgage, be very careful about the sales and finance managers, they are the worst of the worst. For some reason this dealership doesn't like to take trade ins, I can understand that, but then again they don't want you to leave either once you step into their showroom. What fascinates me the most is how they are in business when you deal for hours and you are the only customer in the showroom negotiating. If anyone does decide to purchase from this place, be prepared to have no service at all afterwards, I want to say bad service, but it is so bad that you will not even be serviced by them, they are the sell and move on dealer, they don't care about repeat customers because they know they will not have any after you buy from them.
