Actually my sales person was CARL BARTALINI - he was great!! No pressure sales and was truly allowing me to test drive and check-out the vehicle I was looking at (2011 G37 Convertible). He was very knowledgeable and I felt he was really on my side throughout the puchase process. Bill Cavanaugh was the one who actually orchestrated the delivery - making sure all the accesories were there and installed when I got there. The vehicle was in pristine condition and he spent a lot of time going through every detail/feature of the car. I've bought other luxury vehicles (BMW, Range Rovers, etc.) and no one has ever been this thorough. Truly a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!! More
I have probably had the best dealer experience ever at Kelly Infiniti. Jeff, our sales person, was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the car and was able to produce a used version so Kelly Infiniti. Parts and service were prompt with the installation of the accessory options we had to order. I got a complete explanation of all the finances and costs. The only issue I had was that we had an appointment to do the finances and had to wait a hour to start the process. Otherwise, everything was great. More

My salesperson, Matt Poniatowski, went above and beyond in assisting me in every way in order to make the lease of the JX a reality for me. It has been three weeks and I love my car. Matt has followed up several times, has been available to answer questions whenever I contact him and personally washed my vehicle when I stopped by for a demo on the navigation system this weekend. I would recommend both Matt and Kelly Infiniti without hesitation. More

Adam Hoyt--Business Manager--what a jerk, he must not like his job. We did our own financing outside and he did not like that. Basically he questioned everything about us, it could have been discrimina like his job. We did our own financing outside and he did not like that. Basically he treated us like if we didn't have the money to pay for the car we wanted. I wonder what he drives? I am sorry I gave Kelly my $55,000 business, Sales Manager was the only person that treated me and my family with respect and like he wanted our business. Your business manager needs to go he is not doing justice to the goals, motto and vision of Kelly. Perhaps he was not happy he had to work late. He is not very knowledgable at all. More
