I was in the market for a Nissan GTR for quite some time. I had previously told Cong to keep an eye out for any Nissan GTR's that may come into trade. To my surprise one day I received a call from Cong and he had informed me to quickly come to the dealership as they have one in trade. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with a big smile and a handshake. We went over the vehicle and it was everything I was looking for! We worked the numbers and negotiated good price for the car and for my trade. Everyone is very easy to work with and will make you feel comfortable. No pressure or tactics and they will inform you exactly so you can make an informed decision on your purchase. I then went into the Finance office where I was greeted by Adam. Adam handled all the financing and provided me a great rate and also gave me different options which accommodated to save me money in the long run. He also went over the various insurances for tire and rim protections which I took advantage of due to its great value and piece of mind. Everything was quick and a few strokes of the pen I was out and ready to move on with my day. At the time of delivery every thing was ready for me and taken care of and Cong went over the vehicle with me. I found my experience at Kelly infinti to be very smooth. I was able to define the parameters of what I wanted in a vehicle and the monthly lease payment. I was very happy when I received the letter to be able to get out of my lease and get into an SUV. The first person who made contact was Daniela. Overall our experience with Kelly Infiniti was above and beyond expectations from our first meeting with Jasmin through follow up with Jeff regarding some detail questions we had about the EX. Jasmin was low pressure, respectful and certainly very knowledgable about the vehicle. We feel that he listened to us and helped to negotiate a fair price for the car. In fact, we went into the dealership with no expectation of buying an Infinity. We had essentially decided on an Acura RDX, but after a test drive and conversation with Jasmin, concluded that the infinity EX was a better fit. We both feel that this car basically sells itself. This is my first "luxury" model car and so far I am in love. I would recommend Kelly Infinity, without reservation to any one who is interested in owning a high performance, luxury vehicle. After a bad experience with another Infiniti dealer a few years ago, I was somewhat wary of Infiniti dealers in general. However, because I liked the Infiniti line of vehicles, I decided to try again with K years ago, I was somewhat wary of Infiniti dealers in general. However, because I liked the Infiniti line of vehicles, I decided to try again with Kelly Infiniti, the next closest Infiniti dealership to my home. Even before I arrived at the dealership, Sara was extremely cordial and professional in scheduling my appointment for a test drive over the phone. When I met Jeff, my salesman, I was favorably impressed by his demeanor and courtesy as he listened to my concerns about returning to an Infiniti dealer. As I continued to work with him, he imnpressed me with his knowledge of the EX35 and his willingness to address my specific needs in a new car. Jeff was very accomodating, patient, and gracious to us as he showed me three EX35's. Even after the sale, Jeff has followed up with me to insure that I continued to have a good experience at Kelly Infiniti. Finally, Adam was good to work with and he was very honest about the options and warranties that he offered. Overall, I was very pleased with the way I was treated at Kelly Infiniti and the refreshingly positive attitude toward me, my girlfriend, and my daughter as customers.
