THIS IS HTE FIRST TIME I EVER BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR AND I HATE WHEN YOU GO LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR AND SALES PEOPLE ARE SO PUSHY. WHEN WE WALKED ON THE LOT WE WERE NOT BOTHERED RIGHT AWAY WHICH I LIKED AFTER I HATE WHEN YOU GO LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR AND SALES PEOPLE ARE SO PUSHY. WHEN WE WALKED ON THE LOT WE WERE NOT BOTHERED RIGHT AWAY WHICH I LIKED AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE MANAGER CAME OUT HIMSELF AND GREETED US. THEN WE WENT INSIDE WHERE WE MET VICKY LUTZ, SHE WAS SO NICE AND I TOLD HER RIGHT UP FRONT DON'T LIE TO ME AND DON'T BE PUSHY SHE SAID NOT A PROBLEM WE LOOKED AT 3 DIFFERENT CARS TOOK EACH FOR A RIDE CAME BACK TOLD HER WHICH I LIKED, TOLD HER I WOULD TALK WITH THE CREDIT UNION SHE CALLED ME 2 DAYS LATER TO JUST TOUCH BASE (VERY NICE OF HER). I TOLD HER THE CREDIT UNION WAS GETTING EVERYTHING IN ORDER FOR ME FOR BLACK FRIDAY SHE SAID GREAT I GAVE VICKY MY CARD # FOR A DEPOSIT. WHEN WE GOT THERE ON FRIDAY SAME THING NO PUSHINESS. WE SAT DOWN THE MANAGER CAME OUT AGAIN TO SAY HELLO THEN A FEW MINS LATER WE WENT WITH JEFF TO FINISH THE PAPER WORK. THEN VICKY WENT OVER THE CAR WITH ME AND I WAS ON MY MERRY WAY. I CAN TELL YOU IT IS BECAUSE OF JOHN (MANAGER) AND VICKY THAT WE BOUGHT OUR CAR THERE AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE THE NICEST 2 PEOPLE IN THE CAR BUSINESS. More

I went to this dealership knowing what car I would like to purchase and for how much I wanted it for. My sales person was Michael D. and he was wonderful. He actually listened to my EXACT words and did not to purchase and for how much I wanted it for. My sales person was Michael D. and he was wonderful. If anyone wants a car then not only do I recommend this dealership, but I highly recommend Micheal to be your sales person. I believe that a more streamlined approach to the Final Chapter or Financing may have an opportunity for quicker Sales Completion. Again, I do want to incriminate any one person for their lack of attention and service. I just think the Sales Closing could be streamlined. Everyone who touch our Sale was terrific.
