To start off, I was introduced to Rebecca on 1/16 Wed evening, with much background information on hand from me, what I was looking for and my financial capabilities, she let me test drive a 2014 Sonata SE 2.0 Sdn; she perfectly honed in the fact I wanted a bigger Hyundai with a good assortment of equipment but not overboard with a sunroof, turbo etc. I loved her approach not at all pushy, from conversation in the test car, she asked the probing questions and satisfied my concern,of whether it was the right time to step up from the 2011 Elantra Ltd I currently owned.and owed $5500 yet. She got the preliminary paperwork in order,the 2011 Elantra was appraised, and Jeff got involved in engineering the finance deal. I told them the deal looked pretty good and I would be returning on Sat am 1/18 as I had a repair item to complete on the Elantra. That morning with a final nudge on the bottom number to finance, we got the paperwork processed quickly, I decided to purchase the demo, a lovely Harbor Grey color. Jeff went to bat for me on the financing, got me a very aggessive 2.8% finance term and structured the deal so that no money would come out of my pocket that day. In essence I turned in the keys to the Elantra, picked up the keys to Sonata, and off I went. Rebecca is a role model for sales persons. I told her I absolutely get turned off by high pressure but I loved her style. Again, the Rebecca-Jeff combination was true teamwork and they won me back as a repeat customer. Thanks again guys! Bought a new Hyundai Elantra last week from Freedom Hyundai. Our salesman, Henry Guzman was great. He had both cars we wanted to test drive ready when we got there. It was refreshing to enter a car dealership and be greeted by associates that were willing to help you select the automobile that you need. My wife and I began looking for a Santa Fe sport about 3 mon greeted by associates that were willing to help you select the automobile that you need. My wife and I began looking for a Santa Fe sport about 3 months ago, and when working with other dealers in the area, we were about to find a new brand of car. Working with Michael Daub was really great. He listened to our needs and was extremely patient with our questions about the car. He prepped the car that we test drove, and made sure that it had all the features that we wanted. After the test drive, he spent as much time as we wanted looking at every color combination that was on the lot and then several pictures of the ones that were not present. Of course we chose a color that they did not have! This where the rest of the team came into play…. John and company sent out finders to locate the color, along with all options that we wanted, to get it for us.
