Henry Guzman came out to greet us with a smile on his face. He was able to answer all of our questions, was very professional on our test drive and treated us with the utmost respect. When we really didn't like any of the vehicles they had on the lot (color/option combinations), he and his manager John went out of their way to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. They had it there for us in two days. Two days after that, we drove home our brand new, 2015 Tuscan. While we were buying our new vehicle, we mentioned to Henry that our son was interested in a Veloster with a manual transmission. He told this to John and within a week, they had one on their lot. Henry kept me informed every step of the way with locating both vehicles. And nine days after we purchased our Tuscan, our son purchased his 2015 Veloster!! Thanks to Jeff Ruscavage, who went above and beyond expectations, to get our son a great rate to finance his vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the service we got at Freedom Hyundai!
