Friendly and courteous service I took my Elantra in to Freedom for an 'engine light' issue. The service department (Drew Weisser) was extremely friendly, and thorough. He made sure I understood what they were going to do, and the potential costs. The service took much less time than I anticipated, and when I was called (Steve Eberhardt) with the review of what my car needed, I was advised on what other services are recommended, but he wasn't pushy about it. I went to pick up my car and Drew came out to meet me, sat with me and chatted about the other services Freedom Hyundai offers (drop off/pick up service, free inspection, etc). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Freedom - Drew is very people oriented and helpful. I will definitely go back! More

While servicing my car they washed it when I didn't want it washed. Seat was re-adjusted, floor mats were full of water, and the rear bumper was nicked in two spots. Very upsetting with a new car that has less than 100 miles. Would not give me a complementary tube of touch up paint. I will not let this service department see any of my vehicles ever again. I haven't made my first payment yet and my car was damaged by the dealer .Very unprofessional behavior. More

Great atmosphere, Michael Daub, certainly knows products I met Michael Daub, product encyclopedia, so much more than a product specialist. I did run him through some unique questions due to my disabilities. While my needs are generally much different than a standard buyer, he was kind enough to bring several vehicles down to the front door for me to peruse. By looking at the Hyundai product line, it didn't take long for me to rule out anything I would consider a "car". As we talked, he took mental notes and after a 5 minute conversation, he had several ideas for me. All of three of them were in my target financially, being on a fixed income, that is a critical factor. We looked at the internet pictures of them and I chose my top 2. He ran up to wherever they were on their large lots, but he was back in a flash. I liked both of them, but my ultimate decision factor was the height of the driver's seat and ease of entry. I am unable to bend my shoulders, neck and up into my head. The bending/twisting my head and neck is thee #1 reason I must trade in my current car. Mike listened intently and was empathetic to my needs, he matched several vehicles that were similar, but would fit my needs, and not make my injuries more complicated than they are now. My initial contact with Mike came through Yvette Cline. who answered my internet request for information on an 08 GMC Envoy. Her response was timely, relaxed, but great. She gave me all the information I requested, She introduced herself, provided me with a brief overview of the dealership, and my product information, short and sweet that I like, but her response was filled with such calmness. After a few emails back and forth to Mike, I met Chelsea as well, she is Yvette's office mate. She has a little different writing style, but equally inviting to make you want to come in just to meet them and see what's going on in their dealerships. Erica also works with Yvette and Chelsea, I have never met her in person, but realistically, in this type of business, you better have many more internet savy folks working than the 2 that may interact face to face with clients. Jeff Ruscavage is the keeper of all things official paperwork related. Anything and everything that requires official initials or a legal signature goes through Jeff. Doing that takes a special type of person. I could not do that as an occupation, but he is exceptional at it. Somehow, he keeps everything straight, sign here, initial there, this is this, this is that, we need this to go with that. Until you are done, somehow, you actually know what you signed, and more baffling, why you signed it! I had the pleasure of meeting Yvette Cline, Chelsea Zakeosian, Erica Palma, and Jeff Ruscavage during the process of purchasing my vehicle. Summing up, I would say this: I walked in a client, but left as a member of a close knit family. More
