Easiest car buying experience of my life! This is the fifth car I’ve purchased in 13 years. Out of every purchase, this was by far the best experience. As a female buyer, I’ve found that you’r This is the fifth car I’ve purchased in 13 years. Out of every purchase, this was by far the best experience. As a female buyer, I’ve found that you’re not always taken seriously in what you want while car shopping. Abdul and Peter were extremely courteous and responsive. I let them know that I have mild anxiety disorder. I can’t/don’t answer phone calls. They worked with me primarily through text and email to streamline my shopping experience. They never made me feel pressured. Answered all of my questions and were present and focused on making my time in the dealership as easy, quick, and stress free as possible. Instead of spending half the day in the dealership, they treated me like a queen and got me in and out in record time. I don’t handle new places with a lot of people well. The guys made a point of not letting me wait alone. While the paperwork was getting ready, one or both of then were with me even though the dealership was extremely busy. That’s customer service. I am absolutely in love with my new car, the price, the experience. Everything. I would 100% buy another car at Kelly Buick. More
