I drive a considerable distance to service my 2024 Buick Envista here because they are not only service oriented but they really care about the customer and standing behind the product. Sadly, I have been to other service departments through the years that are only concerned about turning their service department into a profit center.

Purchased 2025 GMC SIERRA 3500 in June 2025. Purchased 2026 GMC Terrain evolution in Nov 2025. My daughter purchased 2026 GMC ACADIA AT4, the same day in Nov 2025 that we purchased our Terrain. Sebastian is the best salesman. No pressure, going over the complete vehicle every option. Listening to us to ensure our needs are satisfied. My last vehicle also purchased at star GMC. Thank you Fred Beans Cadillac GMC! Brought my son's car in for service. I have serviced here for years and honestly would not take my vehicle anywhere else. The service team, Jimmy Mann and his crew always take care of me. My son is happy and our experience in this dealership has been absolutely unmatched. I have never experienced such a kind and transparent team...both service and sales! It was a great experience and the first thing our salesman said was "You know I have to come out here and bother you right?" so they have a great sense of humor and know people do not like to be pressured. Was only looking at first and wasn't pressured before I left to buy a car, decided to come back a week later and have the paper work run after checking other places out. They worked with me and got me the price I wanted to pay a month on the car I wanted, even helped me drive it off the lot that day and bring the rest of down money the next day. The facility is great and seems like they really take care of their cars and the Lifetime powertrain warranty is a great perk as well.
