Mike was absolutely wonderful. The first time I was at Kelly we dealt with Nicki and it was a not so great of an experience. I actually got up and left with my mom. The car was for my parents and my dad uses a wheelchair. So there were a lot of considerations in purchasing a vehicle. We returned a few days later and requested a new a salesperson and that’s when we met Mike. We would absolutely recommend him for purchasing a vehicle. He LISTENED!! Mike understood he needed to take a little more time with my parents since they are older. My concerns were quickly satisfied as Mike explained everything in detail to them. They don’t use or need internet or electronic connections. Which sadly was a hang up with the other salesperson. When it came to pricing they had a set amount in cash to work with. Mike was able to make that happen within a few hundred dollars.this was something the other sales person was not able to do for them. His kindness and compassion were greatly evident. Mike is a super down to Earth guy who I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is very honest and will definitely try to make things work out for you. He actually made their day when he called two days later to check in on my parents and how they like their new vehicle. He goes the extra mile!!! OUTSTANDING Sale by a non-typical "car salesman" So, we've all been there when purchasing a vehicle. The "car salesman" and all the negative connotations and emotions that stir up when one comes out So, we've all been there when purchasing a vehicle. The "car salesman" and all the negative connotations and emotions that stir up when one comes out when we just "want to look". Well - I have to say - this was the BEST experience I have ever run across. The car salesman pounced as soon as I got out of my vehicle - BUT to my surprise, Mike Yerger actually made me feel like he was trying to help me find the vehicle that was best for me. He listened intently to what I wanted, and he steered me in the direction of exactly the truck I was looking for. Sure, it was a used truck - a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 - but with low miles and looked like it had been garage kept all those years. I LOVE this truck and I love that Mike was a great guy that didn't pressure me AT ALL. I won't ever go to another dealership for any future vehicle purchases!
