Great service. I had my transmission replaced in my Dodge van, and they did a great job. They recommended the timing belt as well, and did it at a reduced price. The sold a car I had placed a deposit on. On July 29th 2015, I placed a deposit on a Corvette offered for sale by the dealership, stock # 2E145201. I secured financing from USAA in the amount of $55k. Sales person Michelle Baldwin promised a better finance rate if I allowed them to run a credit report. They could not offer a better rate but I agreed to purchase the car for the asked price of $55,308. They have since sold the car to someone else despite promised from both Michelle Baldwin and John Morgan that my deposit had secured it. This would have been the first Chevrolet product purchased by me. I wanted to try and buy American, but guess I will go back to Toyota where I've never been treated this way. More

dealer left out important details. Bought a 2013 chrysler town and country mini van with 20,000 miles..beautiful van..after the paper work was done and the sale was completed , I was in Bought a 2013 chrysler town and country mini van with 20,000 miles..beautiful van..after the paper work was done and the sale was completed , I was informed that the van only had 1 key fob...after I bought the van for $24,000 . When I brought it to the attention of the sales man, that I didn't think it was right to drop this on me after the sale was finale. .the sales manager Todd waybright, then became verbally abusive, and continued to put his hands on me . A new key fob is $300 new...Save yourself alot of hassle and avoid this dealer, they will be nice to you until they have your money, then treat you like dirt. More

My car was towed to Courtesy Motors to have work done under the GM warranty, the transmission had went out. According to the warranty, it has to be towed to the nearest dealership, which at the time, th under the GM warranty, the transmission had went out. According to the warranty, it has to be towed to the nearest dealership, which at the time, this is where I lived. First thing was they had trouble getting parts so they had my vehicle for 5 weeks, they did provide a rental car through the warranty. After I got my car back, I told them it wasn't running right and they told me that the transmission had to "settle" and to drive it for a while. I did, and again went back several more times .... well here I am, less than 12,000 miles later and my car is back in to another dealership getting the transmission rebuilt again. Not a happy person about this at all :( More
