They absolutely did not push us or make us feel like they were simply salesman by any means. They were normal down to earth people that I could actually communicate with. Adrienne went above and beyond with us, sending us a video of the cars interior and answering every question we had. She was new but didn’t make any mistakes on our end. The only complaint I have is one that applies for basically all dealers in 2023. I bought a Tesla. I BARELY made it to a supercharger. I had called the day before and asked to make sure it was charged (as I knew I was buying it the next day). When I arrived, it wasn’t charged so I couldn’t even really test drive it for fear it wouldn’t make it out. They have an electric vehicle plug in, but they didn’t have the adapter. Basically, dealerships need to realize that electric vehicles are the future. You have to have all the plug ins and adapters you can to make this transition smooth. There wasn’t even a charging cord in the trunk because no one checked to make sure the guy gave it to them during the sale of the car. Nothing to really complain about but just something all dealerships need to start doing. Other than that, great experience. Cannot recommend enough! More

Never met the salesman. The worse finance person ever! He kept pressuring me into their insurance telling me the engines blow in these trucks.
