This has had our jeep gladiator for almost a month on a transmission problem and we feel like they are doing this to have our warranty to run out and you can read our other review to see how they have been transmission problem and we feel like they are doing this to have our warranty to run out and you can read our other review to see how they have been screwing us over on the soft top and transmission and then was told they will be charging us 200 but will drop it if I will take down my reviews and I'm not because Kelley chevrolet hasn't made anything right and people shouldn't treat customers or anyone like this and if I could go back i would and never bought from them because if you say or promise something then do it don't lie about it so I will always tell people to never buy any vehicle from this place More

Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that has a Kelley warranty on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were w on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were working on the paperwork and haven't even started working on the jeep yet. This isn't what you call great or even good service period. More
