I bought a vehicle using USAA financing. When I called to make sure the vehicle was still available was told yes. While on my way I got a phone call that the vehicle had a flat so I couldn't When I called to make sure the vehicle was still available was told yes. While on my way I got a phone call that the vehicle had a flat so I couldn't test drive it that it might be fixed by the next day. After back and forth they were able to fix the tire for me to test drive it. I decided to buy it. Kept being asked about when they would get the check even after telling them it's an electronic funds transfer. Sent the funding form to finance. A week later called USAA to find out why the funds weren't released to find out the dealership never put in the account or routing number to send the funds. Also, the car was supposed to get me tires and an alignment. I brought the car on the 30th Tires were to be in on the 2nd. Installed onthe 6th. The tires didn't end up coming in until the 12th. Had to beg to get them installed the 13th due to work and an or of state trip. Had to call and text repeatedly to find out when the car would be done. Asked them to lock the keys in the car as we were picking it up when the dealership was closed. The keys were NOT left in which resulted in ANOTHER hour wasted to go pick up the keys. More
