Wrong tires were installed at first. Parts, and service tech both missed it. Was told tps's would just read off all of the time. No way around. Then it was discovered. Then I had to wait almost an extra hour to complete job. Afterwards I sent an email to Trevor with a question about using my points on the purchase. A week later have yet to hear back from him. More

Made me pay for a $1000 package where on my past purchase was an option. I was not even made aware of this until closing the deal of our purchase of a 2026 Traverse.
