Easiest New Car Purchase I needed to have 2 vehicles in the past due to my job, one of which needed to be a SUV for my disabled father. I was at four other dealers in the area that morning, just doing my homework. Jason H. helped me when I first started walking around on the lot. Jason was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Before I knew it I was behind the wheel test driving my soon to be new car. I was allowed to drive the car to my parents home to see if my father could easily enter and exit the vehicle. TJ with finance was fabulous. She made the headache of a new car payment easy and fun. I contacted Rick Pontz at Keller Bros. and told him what we were looking for. That same day, Rick drove the car to my house, and allowed my wife and I to drive it for two days to see if it was what we were looking for. If we didn't like it .... no pressure, just bring it back. After two days we were satisfied that this was the car we wanted. During those two days I did a little research on price, and not only did Keller Bros give me an excellent price, but it was far better than I was anticipating. On top of that, they found a better interest rate for financing than I came preapproved with. I would recommend to anyone if you are in the market for a vehicle to be sure to visit Keller Bros and see salesman Rick Pontz. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

I purchased a 2012 F150 and I am super thrilled with the truck itself. Salesman Mike Howard was very nice and used sales manager Ryan Oberholtzer was as well. Definitely do a great job making you feel like family. A few things I wasn't 100% thrilled with was that the truck didn't have a backup camera and I was quoted at a price that later turned out to be over 60% lower than the actual price. I was offered a small discount, but that was still going to be almost double the price I was quoted. The reason was the camera that used to be installed isn't available anymore. I would have preferred them saying "let me check on the price" before throwing a number out there. Also, I had to take the truck in for service on the rear window that needed replaced (defroster didn't work - discovered on inspection) and when I picked the vehicle up from the service center one of the magnets I had on the tailgate was missing. Overall a positive experience and I would refer a friend/family member to KB Ford More
