I don't know where to start but I was searching for a new or used F 150 and I checked with many dealer's close to home but couldn't find what I wanted and some dealers wouldn't even respond. I ended up working with Sarah Gonzalez and she did a wonderful job. We communicated via email back and forth for a long period of time and she got me answers to all my questions. I ended up not making a purchase the first time around as I went with another brand. As it turned out the other brand did not work out. A couple of weeks later I found another F 150 at Keller Brothers Ford and I again contacted Sarah. This time things worked out differently and I bought a F 150 from Sarah. Everyone I had any interaction with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The entire deal went great from start to end. Keller Brother Ford is about 55 miles from my house and I have many Ford dealers and other brands closer to me. I went with Keller Brothers Ford as they had the truck I wanted and two others that I could have picked from that were in my price range and the correct model. I would definitely recommend Keller Brothers Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If I buy another Ford in the future Keller Brothers will be my first dealer to look at.
