WHEN I PURCHASED MY 2017 CHEVY CRUSE, IT WAS IMPERATIVE FOR ME TO HAVE CRUISE CONTROL, HE SAID OKAY I WILL GIVE YOU CRUISE CONTROL ( NEVER DID HE STATE IT WAS GOING TO BE AN AFTER MARKET YEAR 2000 STICK OR THAT THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE A HOLE IN MY STEERING WHEEL FOR IT). WHEN I TOOK IN IN TO FOR THEM TO INSTALL THE CRUISE CONTROL, WHOMEVER THEY OUT SOURCE THE JOB TO DROVE MY CAR FROM HOMESTEAD TO POMPANO OF BEACH FOR THE SERVICE. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THIS AND THE ONLY REASON I FOUND OUT WAS BECAUSE OF MY SURPASS AND BECAUSE MY PROGRESSIVE SNAPSHOT KEPT RECORDING EVERY TIME SOMEONE DROVE IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT MY DRIVING RATING WENT FROM AND A+ TO A C. WHEN I CONFRONTED FRANCOIS ABOUT HE SAID THAT IT'S NORMAL FOR MY CAR TO BE DRIVEN WHEN THERE IS SERVICE. YES THAT IS TRUE WHEN IT'S BEEN TESTED AND MOVED, WHEN IT'S BEEN OUTSOURCED THE COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO PLACE THE CAR IN A BED AND TAKE IT THERE, NOT DRIVE IT AS IT A LIABILITY. THEM I EXPLAINED TO FRANCOIS HOW I CAME TO KNOW WHY IT WAS DRIVEN AND HOW MY PROGRESSIVE RATING WHEN DOWN AND HE SIMPLY SAID AND I QUOTE " WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW OUR EMPLOYEES DRIVE YOUR CAR". WHEN MY CAR WAS FINALLY READY I WENT IN WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK AND SPOKE TO ALEX THE MANAGER AND HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS I HAD ALL THE DOCUMENTATION THAT SHOWED HOW THEY DID ME WRONG. A WEEK LATER AND OTHER RESPONSE FROM ALEX, I CALLED AND HE SAID HE WAS BUSY, TO CALL BACK. KEEP DOGGING ME FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEN I WAS TRANSFERED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER AND HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND THAT AT BEST WHAT HE COULD DO WAS ORDER A REPLACEMENT OF THE STEERING COLUMN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SOLD USED VEHICLE WITH ROACHES This dealership is difficult to deal with, the manager is rude and disrespectful. I purchased 2 vehicles in the span of 2 weeks, and both needed work This dealership is difficult to deal with, the manager is rude and disrespectful. I purchased 2 vehicles in the span of 2 weeks, and both needed work done which we had to fight, my husbands car has german roaches, infested; it is disgusting and they wouldn't do anything about it they just told us to buy roach baits. My tires were cheap, they never fixed a deep gash in my trunk which I was promised at purchased. This car was dangerous as when I hit the brakes the entire car felt it was going to fall apart, after 3 service visits, they fixed it though all the tires were put on wrong and it reads the PSI incorrectly for each tire, which you do not know exactly which tire pressure reading is correct. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They do not want to work with you and the General Manager had the audacity to tell my husband that we can do whatever we want as we have called upset repeatedly and told my husband that WE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS, THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY HE WILL BE THERE LAUGHING AT US!! Treated like absolute crap! My family an I have been looking for a used minivan for a few months and saw that this dealership had one that would work for us. I contacted the deal My family an I have been looking for a used minivan for a few months and saw that this dealership had one that would work for us. I contacted the dealership and they said that the car had just been taken in on trade the day before and they would need a couple of hours to detail and service it, which was perfect because we live 2 and a half hours away. We told the online salesperson that we would be there in about 3 hours and she said the car would be ready by the time we got there. Surprise! 3 hours later when we got there, the car was not detailed, washed or serviced. We test drove it, still, and decided to talk numbers while it was being cleaned and serviced. We sat at the desk for about an hour without receiving numbers on the vehicle that we had asked for at least 4 times. We finally got fed up and left the dealership, as we were tired of being treated like absolute trash. So, we started heading home and made it about an hour home before the dealership called back with pictures of the clean car and we decided to work the numbers out before we drove the hour back. We made a deal over the phone, after they tried to rip us off with their $600+ dealer fee and told them we would be there to pick up the car that night. Their cleaning department did a fantastic job by the way. So, we drove the hour back south, filed out the paperwork and were about to leave when we realized the service engine light was on. We spoke to the salesman and he said that they did their 100 point inspection and noticed no abnormalities, which is a blatant lie because the light was on right as we turned the vehicle on. We were extremely aggravated and the salesman told us this was normal and they could not do anything to fix the issue. Fed up by the way we have been treated by the dealership, we voided the deal and decided to leave and we will never be back. I am extremely frustrated that we spent over 8 hours and a lot of money in fuel in order to be lied to and be treated like trash. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
