Customer service is very poor, no one answered our emails or voicemails after meeting with us in person to purchase a GLE 43 AMG. The sales man R. I called him, left voice mails, sent emails and had no response. I then contacted the sales manager and told him of our situation, he assured me he would look into it and let us know what was out there that would meet our needs since the one we looked at was sold. That too was a dead end, never heard back from him either, I guess they thought we were not a serious buyer. We did purchase one at Mercedes of Atlantic city and could not be happier. They need to work on customer service. More
