This dealerhip is a joke. Lack of communication. Will try to squeeze every penny out of you. They don't care about you. They just want your money. They're scammers. If I coul Lack of communication. Will try to squeeze every penny out of you. They don't care about you. They just want your money. They're scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came to this dealership last year for a certain vehicle. Salesman called and said to come out the next day to check it out. So my wife and I did. We were ready to purchase. We get out there the next day and waited for over an hour because the salesman was busy so he had another one help us. Come to find out the vehicle was sold the day before. So now they're trying to get us to get a different vehicle. Wasted our time. Drove all the way there to wait over an hour and be told that the vehicle was sold already. Fast forward to a year later. We didn't want to come back to this dealership but they had a vehicle coming in that we wanted. Set up an appointment and went out there. They were charging markup which is ridiculous. Showed them an offer I had gotten from another dealer. So they finally dropped the price. Signed the papers to lock it in with a descent down payment. Vehicle finally comes in and now they're saying they have to charge more due to the tariffs which is xx. We could have walked but really needed another vehicle asap. Get into finance and the finance guy kept trying to get us add on things which we told him we didn't want anything plus we were already approved through our bank. I have bought over 10 vehicles from dealerships and this was a terrible experience. *A week later I get an email about the sales they are having and it says "No Tariffs". If I could go back in time I would have just walked. Was hoping for a better experience the second time around. More
THIS DEALERSHIP IS EVIL. . AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They took advantage of me and got me into a bad deal for a toyota camry 2023 SE Hybrid model. Added a whole lot of items i didn . AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They took advantage of me and got me into a bad deal for a toyota camry 2023 SE Hybrid model. Added a whole lot of items i didnt need for exorbitant prices without clearly stating the actual cost, thereby raising the finance cost and burden so high for me. I got back home and realized how PREDATORY they were and rushed back to the dealership in less than 24hrs after the contract, telling them i want to cancel everything and they refused and began treating me like a piece of rag. I requested to talk to the finance manager and he blatantly declined talking to me, kept me there for hours and left without caring to see what my concerns are. I have been advised to file a complaint from an ATTORNEY GENERAL COMPLAINT and i will be doing that as they were very predatory, took advantage of me and refused listenting to my plea for a rescind. If i can give a -20 rating i would. STAY AWAY FROM KEATING TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. More
We’ve decided not to do any more business with Keating Toyota, after having two negative experiences with their dealership within a few weeks of each other. The first was when shopping for a Gold Cert Toyota, after having two negative experiences with their dealership within a few weeks of each other. The first was when shopping for a Gold Certified Corolla. I called ahead to verify the advertised car was still available. It was, so I drove over. When we started to discuss money, I started talking from the price they advertised for that car on the web. But then, the salesman told me that the car had NOT been certified yet and that it would cost me an additional (approximately)$2,000 for them to do that. I asked several times and several ways to be sure certification was NOT included in the advertised price. (It wasn’t.) I then left because I felt the ad misled me. Our second experience was about a month later. We have used their service department for several years. Our car has about 50,000 miles, so we took it in for routine service. The service writer and I agreed to do about $500 in various preventive maintenance tasks. But later in the day, he contacted me and read off a list of more than $3,000 worth of additional work that he said our car needed. This included replacing/repairing two front end suspension parts (greater than $1,000) and the serpentine belt ($250+). I asked what was wrong with the belt and he said it was dry and cracked. When I poked at his list of other work, he eventually said that some of the work was just “recommended” and not strictly required. He offered to help prioritize accordingly. But he was pretty adamant that we needed the front end work and that serpentine belt. Frustrated, I declined all of the additional work and took the car to a very reputable local shop. The local shop examined the front suspension, the serpentine belt and other things, to see what the car might actually need. He called me and said it needed absolutely nothing done. His assurances were well worth the $75 he charged me for the general inspection. We’ve decided not to do any more business with this dealer. More
The salesman (Micheal Allen) tried to clean an adhesive on the dashboard of my brand new Camry with a very strong solvent. It took off the finish of the dashboard and left a large white spot. After a mont on the dashboard of my brand new Camry with a very strong solvent. It took off the finish of the dashboard and left a large white spot. After a month of me trying to get it resolved the spot is better, but still there. I am very disappointed the salesman tried to clean it off himself, but more disappointed in the lack of responsibility the dealership took in addressing the issue. More
BUYERS BEWARE! ! These people will promise you things, take your money, and you will leave empty-handed. They asked me for a credit card number to hold a vehicle whi ! These people will promise you things, take your money, and you will leave empty-handed. They asked me for a credit card number to hold a vehicle which we discussed about. We drove 5 hours for said vehicle and when we arrived, they marked up the truck almost $15k, with the highest interest rates possible and we have exceptional credit. When we decided we did not want to give them our business, the manager got verbally aggressive. They refused to remove the hold from our credit card claiming it was a non-refundable $1500 deposit! This was the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had in our lives and we’ve bought plenty of new vehicles. Take your money and go somewhere else where they value their customers. More
"I bought a brand-new 2024 Tundra, and on the third day, it started making a horrible noise. I called the dealer, and we took it in that same week, but they did NOTHING. Then it started having brake issues, it started making a horrible noise. I called the dealer, and we took it in that same week, but they did NOTHING. Then it started having brake issues, and to summarize: since April 2024, I’ve been waiting, and NEITHER THE DEALER NOR TOYOTA HAS DONE ANYTHING. They just say it has brake problems and that parts are unavailable for replacement. I almost had an accident due to brake failure, and TOYOTA AND THE DEALER don’t care about people’s lives. The TUNDRA keeps getting worse every day, and since April, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED, PUTTING OUR LIVES AT RISK. They also haven’t given us the second key, claiming they don’t have it. TOYOTA IS DEFINITELY IRRESPONSIBLE." More

Keating toyotA I called specifically asking about a vehicle and a very specific option pano roof that was a deal breaker. In the first call I asked to speak to a sales agent, was informed that she was vehicle and a very specific option pano roof that was a deal breaker. In the first call I asked to speak to a sales agent, was informed that she was a sales agent. I asked about the cars availability and the pano roof. Was told they had the car and that it did have a pano roof. Told them great it is a 45 minute drive for me and I wanted to make sure since I have a limited window due to my 1 year old sons nap windows. She confirmed they had it. Called again but got someone else so I asked to speak to the same agent and was put on hold. It was a awhile so I hung up and called again. I was able to speak to the original agent and asked to reconfirm the pano roof and for her to send me the spec sheet. She reconfirmed that it had the pano roof and would send me the spec sheet. After the confirmation I loaded up my wife and 1 year old sons to do the 45 minute drive for him to sleep in the car and be awake when we got to the dealership. When we got there got passed to David and Chase, they were great. But realized that the lady I was speaking to was just a CSR to take a call and get you in the door. Went to look at the car and test drive it. I asked if we could put in the car seat to test it and take our son with us so we can both be on the test drive. David and Chase were great they helped me getting the car seat installed while going over the great points of the vehicle as a family mover. As soon as I put my sleeping son in the car, I realized the car did not have the pano roof. I started fuming. David and Chase apologized for the error. They convinced us to still test drive the car and see if there were any other options that may fit our needs. The car was great but the pano roof was still a big deal breaker for my wife. When we got back David and Chase met us with their director to again apologize for the error and the inconvenience this has caused on our family. I am making this review about an hour after leaving this dealership trying to cool down before this post so I can look at it objectively. All of the people we met with in person or even the “sales agent” we spoke with were kind, personable. The actual agents were very knowledgeable. I believe the owner of this dealership or their upper management care more about getting people in the door and making a sale they actually taking care of their potential customers and leaving them with a positive impression and/or experience. This was a system and procedure issue from their owner and/or management. I will be very hesitant about spending my time or money at Keating Toyota. If I do, it will only be with Chase Baxter or David Jackson who made every effort to empathize with me and find a solution for my family. The 2 stars or are for Chase, David and the Director os ales I spoke with. If not this place would have gotten a -3 stars if it was possible and a more scorched earth approach to this review. More
they're fine - bought a new car and they got reasonably competitive and moved things along. they were very noncommittal on trade-in and pushed the deal through ignoring it. within the same 10 minute timefr competitive and moved things along. they were very noncommittal on trade-in and pushed the deal through ignoring it. within the same 10 minute timeframe the finance guy 1) tells me i talk to the people "upstairs" about trade-in and 2) has me signing paperwork with no trade in information filled in (hindsight is 20/20). so i had to go sell my old car private party before finishing with them. if trade in is important to you you should go somewhere else More
Salespeople were good to work with. However, during our dealings there was no mention that we would be hit with an $18k “dealer installed option” which actually meant $18k dealer markup However, during our dealings there was no mention that we would be hit with an $18k “dealer installed option” which actually meant $18k dealer markup on a new Toyota Land Cruiser. Went down the road to another Toyota dealership and they actually offered a $1k discount off MSRP for the same vehicle. Avoid this dealership! Such a scam! $19k only to line the pockets of the dealership on top of the profit they would have made selling the vehicle at MSRP. More
