Unfortunately, there are some auto dealers that give all auto dealers a bad name - this is one of them. We bought a 1 yr old Tacoma and after purchase, they took the truck to the detail shop and washed it u auto dealers a bad name - this is one of them. We bought a 1 yr old Tacoma and after purchase, they took the truck to the detail shop and washed it up while we finished the finance. Upon returning the truck to us, the truck THAT HAD FLOOR MATS DURING OUR TEST DRIVE was missing the floor mats. The next day, the sales manager seemed upset that I negotiated as much as I did on the truck and told us the truck was sold “as is” & “we can’t just go around giving floor mats to people - I have a business to run”. I let him know that we didn’t expect anything more than what we paid for…just the mats that were in during the test drive. He then told us he would refer us to his parts dept, who could sell us new mats. After spending over $40k on a used car, to get nickel & dime’d on floor mats that were originally in the truck was ridiculous. And to be treated like I’m trying to pull a fast one for $100 floor mats left me feeling like a completely valueless customer. Not only will I not be buying another car here ever again, but I’m taking my 2 Toyotas elsewhere for service. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a number. More
