I am so very disappointed with the new dealership and its decisions to "improve" things. I have bought a couple of my 9 Acura's from this dealership and I have chosen to take my cars from Chula Vista all the decisions to "improve" things. I have bought a couple of my 9 Acura's from this dealership and I have chosen to take my cars from Chula Vista all the way to this dealership for service for many years but now, I cant even make an appointment for service. Your new "improvements" to AI and only AI is horrible. I have been calling for weeks just to make an appointment for service and no go. I have left several messages and nope!! not gonna happen. I will not beg anyone to do business with them. Its pretty obvious to me that you no longer want to do business with me and probably many other people. I don't know how you expect anyone to do business with you when you are not available to you customers. I will find someone else who would appreciate my business. More

Sydney was very helpful as we were visiting from out of town and in a precarious predicament with possibly extensive repairs to our transmission. Mike our service rep offered a loaner while we were in town town and in a precarious predicament with possibly extensive repairs to our transmission. Our fix ended up being an inexpensive software update but we really appreciated Mike getting us in and getting our car completed so we wouldn’t have any issues on our drive home. More
