I leased an XC60 about two years ago from Karp Auto. My salesman was Frank Moscati who has fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work to get the best deal for me( and sale for him). Franks professionalism continued after our purchase. We experienced some mechanical problems with the XC60 throughout our lease and were not happy with the results from the service department. Frank was always on top of any questions or concerns I had and was in contact with service throughout the process for us. Despite our bad experience with their service department, Franks "above and beyond" approach to sales convinced us to return to Karp for a new lease. I would highly recommend Frank as a salesman and Karp as a source of your new volvo. Hopefully they get their act together over in the service department. More
