We repaired the column lock that was the reason the car came to us. Being that the car needed to be repaired as quickly as possible to accomodate your request. Several days later the car returned with the check engine light on which was a new concern and had nothing to do with the original repair. We have been here for over 50 years and our reputation stands on its own merits. I am sorry you feel your experience was not up to your expectations. We would be happy to look over your vehicle at no charge at your convenience. Do not hesitate to call on me or Mark Needham the Volvo Service Manager. Nothing has been handled to my satisfaction. I have not returned. I have not worked with Mark. I will not be back and I will not be working with Mark or anyone else there. While you grabbed onto the only positive aspect of my poor review, the crux of what was written was about being taken advantage of and grossly overcharging a LOYAL customer. Nobody reached out to me personally and your reputation as you refer to, has been changing recently. The repair that was originally done, broke the same time the check engine light came back on. I do not need you to look over my car. I went to a different mechanic and had the problem taken care of for a fraction of the price.
