We worked with Tyler Zsebedics to lease our second Volvo XC90 and could not have been more satisfied. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He had all the DMV and insurance details to make t XC90 and could not have been more satisfied. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He had all the DMV and insurance details to make the new lease seamless and had our new car ready for us upon arrival to pick it up. Tyler answered our questions and provided very helpful information about new features since our last lease and also showed us some cool features we’ve had for almost three years and didn’t know about. Their customer service is the worst. I have been a loyal customer of Karp Volvo for almost 15 years buying and now on my second lease. The service department needs a major overhaul starting with Mark the S customer of Karp Volvo for almost 15 years buying and now on my second lease. The service department needs a major overhaul starting with Mark the Service Manager. There are no COVID protocols in place. I spoke with Mark and Volvo North America in June about these issues. No markings for social distancing, no partitions up, have to sign paperwork with pens just lying around on the desk, no evidence of cleaning, employees not wearing masks. Apparently my conversation with Mark in June went on deaf ears because when I returned in January for an inspection, nothing had changed. When I dropped the car off, no plastic was put on and when I picked it up it had not been cleaned! I had to sanitize my own car before I drove away. I also own a BMW and Honda and their protocols are exemplary as well as their customer service. Because I criticized their rotten Customer service, Mark will no longer service my car. I find this amusing as when I called to discuss the situation today, Mark hung up on me! Who is the rude one now Mark? Can’t wait for this lease to be up and I will never get another Volvo! Quite unfortunate because I really do love the car. Customer service is key and there is no customer service at Karp. I understand now after dealing with Mark why the employees are they way they are. If you can’t accept criticism you should not be in a management role. Karp Volvo should be ashamed of treating a loyal customer this way. More
