Brought in car for recall to be done. They wanted to charge $850 for maintenance fee. We declined for the time being. Salesman was very persistent and started to push for financing the amount for the ma charge $850 for maintenance fee. We declined for the time being. Salesman was very persistent and started to push for financing the amount for the maintenance fee. We still declined. We received car back at the end of the day with a check engine light on. We returned next business day and they said it will be a $199 dollar fee to check the engine light if not a result of recall. They also said we could apply the $199 dollar fee toward the payment of whatever repair car needed. The car was maintenance meticulously since bought new. There was no engine light on when brought in. This is nothing short of criminal what they do here. Dishonest to say the least and a management set on making money off of you instead of doing the right thing. More

Every time my daughter brings in her car , they scam her into getting something fixed on a brand new car. Would never buy another Kia at this dealership or any other dealership. Aweful in every respect. Their sales department is terrible and played very unscrupulous games with the sales of their Telluride (ordered the wrong car and lied to me when it arrived incorrect, and bl terrible and played very unscrupulous games with the sales of their Telluride (ordered the wrong car and lied to me when it arrived incorrect, and blamed Kia Corporate). Now that I'm trying to get my new car serviced, I'm quickly discovering that their service side is just as bad. Can't get a human on the phone and nobody has returned my voice mails....and this is for an oil change. Can't wait to see how they behave should I ever have an actual warranty claim. Buy your Kia elsewhere. These guys suck. More

Karp Kia was awesome. I recently purchased a Kia K5 GT line from Tom and he was great. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and one of the most important things for me was that I didn't feel pressu line from Tom and he was great. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and one of the most important things for me was that I didn't feel pressured into purchasing. Tom made my experience very easy and stress-free. I have been leasing for about 10 years now and this has been my most pleasurable experience. By the way. The car is amazing. More
