Found this dealership to be the most friendly with regard to my needs as a first time leasee of the Kia brand. Mr. Bullock did not at any time pressure me while I was making my decision whether or not to sel to my needs as a first time leasee of the Kia brand. Mr. Bullock did not at any time pressure me while I was making my decision whether or not to select his dealership or one of the others I visited. All other employees I came in contact with at Karp were also congenial. I will more than likely recommend Karp to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car or lease. Michael Rosenberg handled my sale and made the experience one of the easiest purchases I have ever had. Explained everything in detail and no double talk. Vehicle was ready on time and in pristine condition. The finance sales person Todd Johnson was curtious, professional and did not exert the pressure that usually aggrivates a buyer. My first contact with KARP was with Nicole Slater, Internet Sales, over the phone, her demeanor and honesty were readily obvious before going to the dealership. She introduced me to Alfred Parisi, the Sales Manager, who did not hide behind a wall or backoffice, with the salesman running back and forth, he took an active role in my purchase and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Before heading to this dealer I made most of my communication and quoted by email.The deal was pretty good and it got me to make time to go there. When looking for a dealer I think everyone should take note of this comment below. For employees to speak hightly of their employers really says alot to me as these guys did.as a customer this is the type of place I would like to spend my money knowing that we are supporting a great employer who treats their employees well. It was a most pleasant experience from the moment we entered the showroom to our final purchase. The salesperson, Christina, was very personable and attentive to our needs. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did her best to find one which had the options we were interested in and we were able to test drive it. Never did we feel pressured to purchase the car, something we dislike from car salesmen. Her boss, Al Parisi, was most accomodating as well and we feel we received a good deal on the price. We felt we were amongst friends throughout the transaction. As Christina was explaining the functions of the car after the purchase, a gentleman came over and commented what a great looking car it was and then kiddingly told us that Christina did not come with the car. After he left, Christina told us that he was the owner, Mr. Karp. It was nice to see the owner get involved incognito. We are senior citizens with many car purchases throughout our lifetime and we must say this was the most stressless experience. We highly recommend Kia Karp! P.S. There was a minor problem with the car after our purchase and the service department resolved it. The personel here was just as attentive and pleasant! Thank you. More

He did not try to high pressure me into something more expensive and made it a pleasure to buy the car. When I picked up car he helped program the blue tooth for me and made sure I knew how everything worked where everything was, like the lever for the gas cover on the floor. Was just a great experience. More
