I am VERY HAPPY that I went to KARP KIA to purchase my vehicle. The atmosphere of the dealership was EXCELLENT. I went in the middle of the week early morning so the dealership was not very busy yet. I was greeted by Audley who came across as conncerned and genuinely wanting to help me; not SELL ME A CAR! He listened to my "requirements" and worked with me from there. He gave me EVERYTHING I was asking for when it came down to the breakdown of finances & even educated me on the process of purchasing a vehicle. I went & picked up my husband and brought him back to the dealership to show him the vehicle & introduce him to Audley. We did a test drive & started the paperwork right after that. My husband was EXTREMELY happy that the entire process was not long & drawn out. He had scared me into thinking & preparing that the process would have me there until 9 PM which was a whole 8 hours from the time we walked through the door. But instead the whole process probably took about 2 1/2 hours. Audley handled his paperwork then sent us over to the Finance Dept where the gentleman only worked with us for about 25 mins. he got us an OUTSTANDING RATE with the bank and then we were out the door. FABULOUS!!! If I ever have to purchase another vehicle again I will DEFINITELY come back to KARP KIA & if Audley C. Bullock is still employed there, I will ONLY WORK WITH HIM as my Sales Rep. He is an OUTSTANDING Sales Person! DON'T EVER CHANGE AUDLEY, you do GREAT work! =-) More

After being at 3 other Kia dealers my defenses were up. Within 5 minutes i did not need to be so defensive. The price on the internet was the price. I had told Sam the salesman i wanted to go over what incentives i qualified for before i even looked at the vehicle, and he was helpful and knowledgable. during the the whole process they never asked for my ss# like all the other dealers. Until we had made a deal and test drive, and all incentives and the actuall price then i gave them my information. Karp Kia doesn't have any of the bs fee's. none hidden none shown. Karp kia is a very relaxed buying experiance, never was i pressured into anything at all. Buying a new car is pressure enough. No lies no misconceptions, no scams, the whole process was great. I went into Karp just to look and ask, I could not believe i was talking to a salesman, everything i discussed was where i wanted it to be, a couple of hours later i drove home in my new car. It is a 2012 Kia sedona. I would recomend them whenever i can. More

Mr. Bullock is a professional in the true sense of the word...courteous, helpful, and he took care of all my paperwork for me as well, so there really was no stress involved. Not only that, but when I was ready to pick up my car, he showed me all the features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable with the car before driving off on my own. I would definitely recommend to anyone to go to Karp Auto, especially to Audley Bullock. I also met with other employees from Karp, and they were as courteous and as professional as Mr. Bullock. More

As a Ford owner, 2007 Fusion, 2010 Mustang GT and a 2011 F150, I am now considering trading in my Fusion for a Kia and I would return to Karp Kia and Adda. For the record, I drove 200 miles, one way, to purchase this car from Karp Kia. More
Our experience with Audley Bullock at Karp Kia was really great. He spent a ton of time with us I test drove 2 different cars while we were there, 1 car he knew we had no intention of buying but he insisted great. This is unusual at dealerships. We did not plan on buying the car that day but the customer service was so outstanding and Audley went out of his way to make my wife and I feel comfortable, so I decided to pull the trigger (especially because we got a great deal.) I have recently been to several other dealerships and had some awful experiences and some good ones, but Karp Kia was one of the best. Highly recommended, definitely ask for Audley. More
I had been shopping around for a hybrid for a while, and saw the Optima hybrid with the premium trim we had wanted. We knew there wouldn't be any kind of discounts on the hybrid with a premium trim - these saw the Optima hybrid with the premium trim we had wanted. We knew there wouldn't be any kind of discounts on the hybrid with a premium trim - these cars are very difficult to come by these days, and instead of low balling to get us to come into the dealership, Karp Kia was very honest and up-front with us about the price. Once I came to the dealership, I met up with Sam, who gave us a test drive then went over financing options. The car came with some options that raised the price above what we were hoping for, so we didn't buy that day. Sam understood and was not pushy at all. He didn't try to sell us a different car than what we wanted. Instead, over the next week he took the time to talk to management and contact us to come to a price we could both accept. When I returned to pick up the car, everything went smoothly and as promised. Sam and the entire team were friendly, professional, and you didn't just feel like another number there. I'm very pleased with the car so far, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to everyone. Thanks! More
Every employee that we came in contact with at Karp Kia was super nice to us. My husband & I went there looking for a Kia Soul. We sat in his office & he patiently explained leasing to us (we have only purchased in the past) & answered ALL of our questions. (There was NO PRESSURE -just information) We were torn between 2 differnt models & price mattered, then Sam introduced us to Ronnie, who became our finance guy. Ronnie worked his magic & got us into the sports model @ a price we could afford. :-) I commend Sam & Ronnie for their professionalism as well as their teamwork. Sam even called me the day after delivery to make sure I was fully satisfied w/ the purchase as well as extend an open invitation to come in or call him w/ any future questions or issues. KARP KIA IS A CLASS ACT that is a rare find in this day & age. I highly recommend them, they will make you feel right @ home. Thank you all for a refreshing experience! :-D Tina More
