We knew right We Walked into the Dealership on November 13, 2011. I was looking for a Kia Sportage. We were greeted by Craig Graber, a great guy. We knew right away that we were going to purchase our vehicle from this dealership. We told Craig what we wanted and he had the exact car in stock. We had done our research on the price and we were quoted a price that was exactly what we thought it should be. We were given a generous quote for our trade in and immediately gave a deposit. Subsequently, we were a little concerned about the vehicle fitting in our apartment garage and Craig was gracious enough to drive to our home with the exact same car and park it in our garage to address this concern, what a guy! After delivery we had a slight problem with the antenna on the sirius radio. I contacted Kathy in the Service department and was told to bring the car in and leave it. I was given a loaner by Matt and told that I could pick up my car the following day. The next day when I arrived my Kia Sportage was waiting for me completely simonized and detailed to make up for the fact that we had to bring the car back with this ever so slight problem. Matt and Kathy were just fabulous in the service department. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. This dealership is very high class and treats their customers wonderfully. If you need a new car do yourself a favor and call Craig Graber! More

I really am very happy with everything he did for me as well as the rest of the Karp Kia team that was able to make it all happen. He was very professional throughout the whole experience, it was a true delight to work with him because he was always very helpful and friendly! Not to mention the rest of the crew who work at Karp Kia, they too were exceptionally nice. We weren't pressured into buying just any car. On the contrary, he was very charming and worked around the clock. Not to mention he was also thoughtful and honest when it came to searching for the type of car we needed. The sales experience for my purchase of a 2012 Optima LX was a 'breath of fresh air', in the fact that it was low pressure and very relaxed allowing me to take the time I needed to make an informed and comf was a 'breath of fresh air', in the fact that it was low pressure and very relaxed allowing me to take the time I needed to make an informed and comfortable decision. All my questions were answered and if the answer wasn't immediately known, I respect the fact that was actually admitted to me and the answer was sought on my behalf in a timely fashion. I felt like I was treated with respect throughout the entire experience. The dealership even went outside of their in-house inventory to obtain the color combination & trim level which was my preference, at no additional cost to me. I realize that is perhaps a common procedure, but I actually had a different Kia dealer tell me there would be a premium of $200 charged for this 'courtesy'! There was an unexpected and therefore somewhat disapponting delay on the actual day of delivery, but it was largely due to this dealership's very thorough system of checks and balances and making sure the car is sufficiently prepped and any last-minute customer concerns are reasonably met. During this delivery process, I was introduced personally to the Service Manager and shown where the service facilities are on the Karp grounds. I also was pleased to have met both the dealership General Manager and the Kia division Sales Manager during this process as well. Lastly, my salesperson Vic, took the time to sit with me in the car before they accepted my final payment and I left the premises. During this seating in the car, Vic answered a few remaining questions of mine and even saved me the 'doable' but detailed task of synching up my cellphone with the car's built-in Bluetooth communication system; I thought that was just outstanding! I honestly did find a lower quoted price elsewhere, but I cannot be sure if the vehicle would have actually been delivered at that lower pricepoint, as I unfortunately found out the hard way at a Kia dealership I shopped prior to Karp. Overall, most of my ratings are '5 of 5' and the few '4's' I did give would probably be closer to '4.5' if that variant were available. Karp is not the closest Kia dealer to me geographically, but I am pleased that I went the extra distance, which they certainly seemed to return to me in kind. I sincerely hope the experience will continue for many years to come, as I will be bringing my vehicle there as service needs arise. Oh, and I do love the car and have received many compliments on both the vehicle itself and my specific choice. Thank You! More

victor was not pushy he did not attack us when we entered the dealership. He was very pleasant helpful, had knowledge of the cars .He came up with the right price we were looking for and we bought the sorent the dealership. I went to Karp Kia after visiting two other Long Island dealerships. I almost bought a different brand but saw this dealership on dealerrater. My experience with Ed and Todd was a totally different one tha dealerships. I almost bought a different brand but saw this dealership on dealerrater. My experience with Ed and Todd was a totally different one than Autoworld and the other one I went to. There was no pressure and I came away with a new Kia not only at a better price but also with the peace of mind I was listened to and respected. Thank you! I will recommend Karp to everyone! More
I had gone to another dealer for kias and I had a nightmare experience. Then I went online to see if I could find a good dealership. I called and I spoke to Jonathan. I told Jonathan that I had a nightmare experience. Then I went online to see if I could find a good dealership. I called and I spoke to Jonathan. I told Jonathan that I had a craptastic time at the other dealership, and I wanted to try them. He answered all of my questions clearly and informatively. He didnt give me the run around or lie about the cars. He gave me ballpark figures that were on point. He got me the car for 50 dollars a month less than what they quoted at the other dealer. My credit is "challenged" as the finance guy very nicely put it but explained all my options and even how to improve my credit. Everyone was nice, NO PRESSURE!!! The icing on the cake was that they waited a HALF HOUR after closing since I live far and spent a good 30 minutes more finalizing everything. No last minute price change, sat with me in the car, set up features for me. And since Jonathan couldnt be there the day i picked up my car, he left a red bow and a beautiful note in the car. I would call it FANTASTIC. I wont buy from any other dealer. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. More

I have not purchased a new car in over 10 years and I went to another Kia dealership which I did not like the "attitude". I almost changed my mind in purchasing a Kia car and then I decided to go on the Kia website and came across Karp Kia. I got a response Immediately from Kendra and she set up an appointment and was super pleasant. I then came in and sat wiht Jonathan Hernandez and he was a gem of a salesman. Todd topped off everything by being the most professional Business Manager I have dealt with working out my numbers. I want to thank Karp Kia for making me feel so welcome and happy.
