I gave it a one star because their pricing is competitive, but with that comes a lack of professional or efficient service. Sales staff often leaves you with no response, promises to get back to you within a certain time frame and then forgets about you. We reached out to Karp Kia and confirmed we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. We put a deposit down and told them the day/time that we would be there to pick it up. We asked to see financing information and details regarding the certified pre-owned information. A week went by without us seeing the documentation. Finally, two days before we were supposed to pick up the car, we asked for it again. They said he would get it to us by the end of the day… then silence. We reached out again at the end of the day and told we would see it the morning which is a day before we were to arrive to pickup the vehicle.. The next day comes and again, silence. By the middle of the day, we finally had to call and speak with a manager to get the information. The next day we were scheduled to meet salesperson when the dealership opened to purchase the vehicle. They were no where to be found and no one else would help us, including, the managers. The managers actually seemed to be avoiding us and casually just kept going outside to vape or walking laps around the parking lot. After the salesperson arrived, it turns out the car wasn't even ready to go. In the end, I waited 5 hours at the dealership until the car was ready. Not once did really anyone else seem to want to help. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the finance team was kind and very efficient. Everyone else lacked a sense of professionalism and common courtesy. In the end, staff tried to blame me for the delay and said that if I had given them my insurance information prior there wouldn’t be a delay. We had checked in several times to ensure all was good and wasn't asked for this information until 30 minutes prior to their closing the night before we were set to pickup. I got my insurance information to them within 15 minutes and it still took 5 hours for me to leave the dealership with the car. Avoid this place even if the deal seems competitive. More

He provided the needed servicing of the faulty liftgate. This made up for the time lost initially trying to work with Kyle Schmeling, who we found to be very unlike his colleagues. Otherwise, I highly recommend Karp. You can't go wrong buying your car here. More

I met a honest dealer Neil which I want to call him 'Santa'. He was realy nice and warm. He had my lovely car which was totally new one in adddition to reasonable price which I could accept. I leased a Kia Seltos from Karp Auto and had the most wonderful experience. I didn't have an appointment and decided to walk in. He had a wonderful sense of humor which kept me laughing. He made the process so seamless and effortless. He even made follow up calls after I left with the dealership with the car. I already recommended him and the dealership to a friend. Thanks again Neil! More

Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, job you'll be out in an hour.". Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad. More
I had the most wonderful experience in my car leasing journey. Neil Fogel was extremely warm and welcoming since the moment we walked into the dealership. We didn't commit to a car during our first visit, and we called Neil multiple times with follow up questions, to which he was extremely responsive. When we finally made the decision, he made sure we were clear and comfortable with everything we were committing to, to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Once we were ready to sign the lease, we met with Business Manager, Michael Belleau, who was also extremely kind and accommodating (and quick! :). I highly recommend working with Neil and Michael at Karp! More
